excellent lesson for beginners!

had an gorgeous experience with excellent lesson of the Odysseys Surf School. I loved the trainers' nice and kind lesson. :) ㄹㅇ 친절하게 잘 가르쳐줘요 영어로 레슨을 해 주긴 하지만 크게 어려운 단어를 사용하지도 않고 못 알아듣는 부분은 다시 한 번 가르쳐달라고 하면 정말 친절하게 잘 가르쳐줬어요 개꿀;

Incredible experience!!

Disappointed

It was my first time taking surfing lesson. I enjoyed the learning experience but at the end I sprained my ankle during surfing. They had no medical team to help me and knowledge to respond to such an accident. They just advised me to apply some cream that heats up the injury, which is suppose to worsen the injury at first. I am irritated at their irresponsible attitude and they did not mention any insurance. Plus, during the lesson I felt the class was too big and was scared to get hit by other beginner's surfboards.

Dear Journey45066094430,

Thank you for taking your time to leave us the feedback. We are terribly sorry to hear that you had your ankle sprained during the lesson. We would always suggest our guests to go to hospital if its necessary. We wish that you had informed us right after the lesson that you felt like you need to go to hospital so we could take further action and care about your situation.

However we need to clarify your statement that our class is too big. The biggest ratio of our class is the group lesson, which is only 1 instructor : 4 person maximum. If you were referring to amount of people taking lesson with us, they all are having their own instructor who would look after them and they all prioritise our guest's safety. Safety is our priority hence we always have our own extra lifeguards by the beach to take extra care of our guests.

On the other hand, we appreciate that you had enjoyed the lesson we have given.

Excellent experience

My two kids took the semi private lesson. They are very happy with the coach. He explained everything in detail in clear English. My kids want to go again
Good equipment, helpful staff.
