We stayed here twice and if we had written this review after the first stay it would have been good. The room was nice, breakfast was tasty and they have a nice pool BUT .... our second stay resulted in 2 sleepless nights. In fact it is 3.30am now and we have been awake for well over an hour. Woken up by our drunk and noisy neighbours swimming in the pool and shouting. After asking them to shut up twice (once politely!) there are still 5 people sat outside our room now at 3.45am. This is particulalry annoying as we have an early flight to Singapore this morning and have to leave at 4.30am. So not much sleep at all! No staff intervention dispite hearing us ask them to keep their voices down. Thanks a bunch! I understand Kuta is a party town but seriously a few signs asking to keep the noise down or not use the pool at 2.30am wouldn't go a miss! Not worth it, even for the price of 160,000 a night unless you are a VERY heavy sleeper!

Room Tip: Rooms around the pool are in the nicer location, but any noise ... especially at night ... really echoes.

We stayed here twice whilst in Bali. The rooms are lovely and clean as well as brand new. Great value for money at 180,000 for a fan room with basic breakfast.

My complaint lies with the night staff who do not do anything. The noise made by some other travellers at night prior to going out and when coming home was intolerable. The night staff did nothing to prohibit the noise and in one case actually joined in and encouraged a party. I would not go back there for that reason alone.

We stayed in waringin for 2 weeks because it was brilliant. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely done (they had a refirb last month). For 250000 you get aircon, free WiFi, a pool, hot water and brekkie. For 180000 you get a fan room. We checked out loads of places in this area and this was definitely the nicest for the price. My review would be 5 star however our last 4 nights were ruined by a group of young people making unreasonable amounts of noise. This was before they went out and when they came home in the small hours. This is not the hotels fault BUT the night staff did nothing. Along with other guests we had to get out of bed and tell the youths to shut the hell up. We asked the staff to enforce noise control but they seemed set on avoiding confrontation. As a paying guest I do not expect to get out if bed in the small hours because the staff can't be bothered to do their job. In the end we switched hotels so they lost money and got a bad review. Such a shame as this place is really nice.

We have stayed here one night as all the lonely planet recommended hotels were all booked or terribly overpriced (probably due being in LP). Room had poor light, propper toilet and shower with cold water. Fan included, no AC.
But in the morning we found 3 bed bugs in our mosquito net. I will avoid this one and get a more expensive hotel next time.
