Hotel is located in Kuta shopping district.Walking distance to Hard Rock Cafe, Matahari & Discovery shopping centre. You can find small stalls selling souvenirs, clothing and all touristy thing opposite breakfast area, just across the road.Bargaining is compulsory as price is pretty high.Very strategic location.Rooms are cosy although not very huge in size.Breakfast spread is good with selection of American breakfast & local delight. There's a counter where you can order eggs of your liking. Eating area is open space with staff serving coffee & tea & clear plates promptly. Pool area is very relaxing & sports bar is pretty crowded during weekends. Spa rooms are well equipped & well designed. However, there's only 3 female & 1 male staff which is insufficient.Tried the in house guest special price, 1st pax @ RPH165,000 & subsequent 2nd & 3rd pax @ RPH150,000 for 1hr full body massage.Massage finishes in about 45 mins.Masseur was rushing through the whole process.Would suggest massage outside hotel which is aplenty.Down side is there's lots of mosquitoes around the hotel which is pretty annoying at times.Suggest to bring insect spray if staying over.Overall, it's a nice place for all in the family.

Room Tip: Would suggest to light sleeper to book hotel rooms which is not facing main road as it gets pretty n...

The location is the highlight here - its bang at the edge of Kuta and very close to all that is worth seeing there. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Slightly overpriced by Bali standards, but they charge for the location mainly. Pool is just about OK. And despite the proximity on the map - its not near the beach. You'll need a good 10 mins walk to get to that.

Food wasnt great - walk around to find much better places. Also, if you want to keep going to Seminyak (most culinary gems in Bali are there) then this is a little too far - find other resorts in Legian.

Overall a great experience if you are choosing it for the right reasons.

Rgds,

For the price we got on Agoda this hotel was amazing. We stayed in the club resort room and the passage to the room is beautiful like a beautiful garden path but indoors, the rooms are a nice size for 2 but felt more spacious because of the high pitched balinese ceiling, the balcony with the deep comfy lounge is lovely, the beds were so soft and comfy and the pillows were lovely, bed and bathroom linen all clean, crisp and white. We loved the bathroom surprise (spoiler alert!) there are 3 wardrobe doors, but the middle one is the door to the bathroom and it opens into a huge beautiful bathroom with separate shower, toilet - with a glass door, not sure I understand this! Lovely basin and stand with toiletries, and separate bathtub with a flat screen tv above it.
Tv and DVD in the bedroom, didn't watch so can't comment on channels!
We got invited to cocktails one afternoon and the food was lovely and cocktails simple choice of one but was a berry mojito which I like so was happy with this.
We ran out of time to swim as we got tattoo's first morning and left at 6am the next day, but what we saw and experienced we loved the hotel and would deffinatey stay again

First time in Bali and travelled with a girlfriend decided to stay right in Kuta for the first 3 nights. The resort is a great location if you want to be in walking distance to alot of things, markets are right across the road and Discovery Mall is only a short walk. Stayed in a twin room which was pristine and the beds were actually comfy. Air conditioned and nice balcony area. Resort itself is lovely considering its in such a central location.
One of the highlights of this resort is was the staff, all polite, friendly and helpful. Especially those out by the pool bar (make the most of happy hour and the cocktails, delicious!!)
Buffet breakfast was quite impressive and is lovely sitting next to the water/pool, however dinner was a little disappointing when we chose to eat there.
Visited the day spa on site and thought it was lovely, but in comparison to other places it was quite pricey. however the facilities were immaculate and service great
Felt extremely safe staying here as the two entrances both had security on them. The only irritating thing was the wifi internet which constantly dropped out but didn't particularly phase us. Would definitely stay here again, it's a lovely resort and great value for money!

The service provided to us and our guests was fantastic. The staff at Ramayana helped make our wedding day and our stay with them the most fabulous experience of our lives. The location was beautiful, the ceremony and reception was amazing. I would highly recommend having your wedding, honeymoon or a holiday at this hotel.
The location was fantastic, everything was so close yet once in the hotel you could not hear any of the hustle and bustle.
Thank you to Chandra, Ketut and all the staff for making the day run so smoothly, they were all so helpful and professional we could not have asked for better service.

We stayed here for 1 night before heading to Ubud. The hotel location is great if you want to explore Kuta area. The check-in was great. The staff was very warm and answered all our queries extremely politely. They even helped us to buy a cheaper local SIM card when the random shops were charging 5 times more. The breakfast buffet was great too. It was near the pool with lots of variety. The two major drawbacks were that the AC thermostat didn't work and I caught a cold the next morning due to the excessive cooling. We eventually turned off the AC and slept. Another major problem was that the bedsheets and the towels were extremely dirty and stained. I wonder they clean it every day. Also, the hand wash basin seems clogged and the water seemed to pass very slowly. But this was the problem all over Bali. Overall, a decent over night stay just before the flight.

I was supposed to stay here for 4 days & 3 nights, but the travel agent was having a miscommunication within themselves. Fortunately the hotel was kind enough to let us stay for a night for the same rates (cheaper than the counter rate at that time) to let us searched for another hotel, they even gave us some suggestions!

The room was clean, and the garden was so beautiful. The pool also very clean, there was a Kecak performance on Thursday night by the pool. With a strategic location and rows of food shop alongside the hotel, you would have a good range of variation. But with the hotel's excellent food, I don't think you would need to go to eat outside.

On lunches & dinners, there's a live Bali Gamelan performance, so good that at first I thought it was only CD music played, not the actual persons playing it.
