“Great Value for Money”

Good hotel with fantastic buffet breakfast and resturant. Highly recommend the spa treatments they are very professional staff and was great value.
Rooms were clean but very basic, we had a connecting standard room near the 2nd pool and there was plenty of room for 4 of us.
Pools were clean and lots of kids enjoying them.
My only problem was probably the mozzies were quite bad and also it isn't very pretty if you are after the whole tropical bali look.
Would be great for just a quick trip for shopping or abit of sun.

Thanks for your recent stay with your family. Your generous feedback for the breakfast, the restaurant and both hotel pools were noted with many thanks too.

There has been raining more frequently during your holiday here as rain season (monsoon) is coming across all tropical destinations in the southern hemisphere. Rain season comes to Bali from November until early March in general with heaviest rain fall in January. With higher humidity, frequent intervals of sunshine and rains, more insects tend to be around us especially with flies during the day and mosquitoes after dusk.

The hotel puts a lot of efforts to eradicate this insect issue with fogging and spraying around the hotel premises twice daily. Unfortunately, we can't possibly make our open-space facilities entirely free from insects as they can always fly in from elsewhere after the fogging and spray remains are gone. Hence, apart from frequent application of insect lotion, we always suggest all guests to have their room windows and doors closed at all time (except the bathroom windows with insect screen in place).

Our connecting Standard Rooms are indeed very popular among repeat family travellers. Parents can have more privacy (from their children) and have better quality time together especially with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with their accommodation. Family wishing to move to 2 Standard Rooms from single Family Room is always welcome with no extra charge as long as the rooms are still available.

Your recommendation on our spa treatments, professional staff and great value were noted with many thanks too. Hopefully you will come back to Febri's again with your family and friends in near future.

I can see why this hotel rates so highly on tripadvisor.com; it is very clean, neat, nice and cheap! We have always stayed at what 4-5 star hotels (Dynasty, Hard Rock, Legian Beach Hotel) but decided we’d try a 3 star hotel for a few nights to see the difference and if the other hotels were really worth double plus more price tag. This place was great for the price, I can’t fault it, okay so the pool isn’t huge and the breakfast selection does not have thousands of options (but I don’t need 1000’s of options and the egg chef was good), but it is enough especially when it is 1/3 of the price of other hotels! I would stay there again without hesitation.

Oh and my children loved the littler play area they had. It meant during breakfast they could go and play whilst my partner and I could have time to ourselves as the play area is 'closeish'; really liked that about the hotel. Our children loved the towel animals.

Good - because hotel have great rooms ,pool and food and friendly staffs
Average-as the extra mile of service seems to be not so prominent for Asian guests , have to ask for the free t-shirt from cafe after spending Rp1M at cafe and spa , early breakfast was also not offer after settling the bill the night before and have to request for the free shuttle to airport .
Overall fuss free hotel and will stay again just to revalidate whether weve overlook the "extra-mile" services clearly enjoyed by most review.

Thanks for your recent stay at Febri's Hotel and sharing your feedback of your hotel experience on the TripAdvisor.

Although over 75% of our hotel guests are from Australia, we do not make any discrimination in providing services to Asian travellers especially that all the hotel staff and the managers are also Asians. I am not sure with your expected "extra mile of service" as the staff have been doing the best they could in pleasing all guests with no exception (one of the managers or myself is always in the lobby/restaurant from breakfast until end of dinner time to ensure this). You might, however, find that their service became "friendlier" when other guests responded to their greetings with more approachable attitude. Indeed, many Australian travellers are very easy-going when in Bali and this encourages the hotel staff to be more sociable because they dare to interact more.

A free T-shirt is automatically provided when your restaurant bill reaches IDR 700,000 (about USD 70 for a single restaurant bill). However if you are accumulating several bills in order to reach the amount, you will have to show them to the Receptionist or to your waiter as proof of purchase to claim for the free T-shirt (you might need to remind the Reception too if your bills were on credit).

As outlined in the hotel's website (and in your booking correspondence if you had booked directly to the hotel) a drop-off service to airport after check-out is available with the hotel's compliment but this must be organized with the Receptionist 1 day ahead. Having done so, because you were checking-out early in the morning, the Reception would need to organize our driver to stand by for you in the evening before (at the latest). So is with the breakfast box for your early breakfast requirement. This provision is available but is upon request because most guests do not need breakfast from the hotel with very early check-out. Also, while the kitchen is open from 7 am until 10 pm, the breakfast in boxes must be prepared at the night before. Such information is outlined in your room directory and at the back of your breakfast coupons.

Unlike with 5-star hotels, with regret being a budget hotel, Febri's does not provide 24 hours service especially for last-minute requirements during off hours. However, please feel free to ask and double-check ahead of time in case we can avail them for you.

Nevertheless, despite the above "averages", I am very glad to learn that you were fond of our rooms, swimming pools, foods as well as our friendly staff. Your overall review being VERY GOOD in the rating boxes was also much appreciated.

On behalf of all the hotel teams, I hope Febri's will be given an opportunity to accommodate you again on your next Bali holiday. When the opportunity comes and the above requirements are met, I am certain that your expected "extra-mile services" will be prominently enjoyed.

We stayed in kuta for one night prior to heading to the gili Islands early the next morning. We booked Febris due to the recent trip advisor comments and it did not disappoint.
Prior to arrival I wanted to book a spa treatment for two. mrs wayam was great to deal with and even booked the spa treatment without making a booking deposit.
Check in was very efficient and even though our sp treatment was organised for 1.5hrs after we organised I decided to ask if it could be brought forward, no problems, we were whisked through to the spa immediately.

The constant rain during the evening made our spa even more enjoyable. We were both out cold after our lovely body massage and was thinking the lights were turned off to give the room a more romantic feeling, but then we noticed the water rising in the room. We didn't make a deal of it and the two girls continued without any interruption to the massage. When it was finished we were moved to the next room to finish our fruit salad and ginger and honey tea. We had a great laugh with the two therapists whi were really lovely.

We also had food in the hotel and was surprised at the quality, so it's worth trying.

Room was actually better than I was expecting, large, v clean and good view over the pool/garden area.

Finally, when we noticed we had an early pick up the following morning a pre packed breakfast was arranged and dropped to our room that evening. It was only eggs , bread and juice but it was fine and kept us going.

Great hotel for a short or even a long stay. You will be well looked after by the staff at Febris.

Once again we have stayed at the Febris and cant say a bad word about it, we love the hotel, the restaurant and the spa. the staff are amazing and make you feel like your their best friend which now we have become very close with. We are looking forward to coming back in June 2014 for our 4th visit. Thanks again Paulis Annie and all the staff who are involved with the Febris Hotel

My first ever visit to Bali; in early November and my stay at the Febri Hotel and Spa was excellent. A beautiful room adjacent to the main pool with amazing garden views. Congratulations to Artha and the housekeeping staff for their attention to detail in the rooms and the wonderful towel animals and frangipanis. Every aspect of my stay was top notch; from the incredibly friendly and attentive staff; delicious extended breakfasts and other meals; spotless presentation of the hotel and grounds; to my first ever foot massage which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Paul for taking the time to introduce yourself to all guests. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and yes; you will most definitely be seeing me again ;-D

Stayed 13th-19th November.First time at the Febri's,but wont be the last.Very nice room with lovely garden views ,close to the pool.Artha made up our room every day and made our towel animals which we loved.All staff were so very nice and made us feel welcome every day.The only improvement I would like,is a walk in shower instead of shower in tub.Looking forward to returning to the Febri's in May/June 2014.Fantastic 10 minute free shoulder massage while you wait for your meal.

Room Tip: I prefer a ground floor room,but the hotel has a lift so upper rooms are not a problem.
