We had a great stay here . The staff are very friendly and are ever ready to accommodate you at any time .The receptionists ,Kadek Santini and Floral are very friendly .We feel like talking to our sisters .The room is clean . We are quite surprise the hotel has a nice swimming pool and really enjoyed our time swimming at our own privacy since there were not many guests at that time . The cafe also operates 24 hours . The only little upset was the quality of breakfast needs to be taken seriously since the bread was expired by looking the condition but it was only a small matter . Overall , it is really good value for money with extremely friendly staff .. Will come back again .

Room Tip: Choose the room on the ground floor if u like the swimming pool but it was a bit dark or else choose upstairs with lots of natural lighting .

Overall a great stay!! The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The pool is very clean and good for a nice swim. The hotel is just 10 minutes away from Kuta beach and many souvenir shops and restaurants. The hotel can arrange tours for you with their driver and they also have an airport pick up service which is a little overprices but can be convenient if you're not familiar with the area.

I got a deluxe room in front of the pool. stayed for 4 nights. Got a good rate from airasiago. Room will be cleaned up around 9am. Pool is very clean and less people using it. Those who like privacy, the pool is almost like yours. Hotel is always clean and if you need anything the staff is always ready to assist you. Location is nearby to everything, walking distance: kuta beach, legian beach, souvenir shops, spa, bike rental, etc... For muslims, recommended as the food+breakfast is served halal. Nothing i can complaint, i love the hotel, not too fancy, but worth staying!

The hotel and their staff gave me a nice impression because of their friendly, attentive services and the cozy ambiance of the hotel itself. I was also surprised with the wide spread of buffet breakfast. Just 10 minutes walking to Kuta beach. Many affordable massage shop are in walking reach.

Anyway the bed sheet was quite old in my room.

I arrived in the hotel with no booking but had got a rate off booking.com,on arrival at reception i was told by the guy receptionist that i could only have that rate if i booked it with booking.com and not as a walk in.So i promptly sat in the reception and booked it with booking.com,by this time a new receptionist had arrived,i showed her the booking but she said there was no need to book, you can have the booking.com rate any way?....Lo and behold 3 days later attempts were made on my CCard to purchase goods, and my card was blocked....I had been away in thai/bali for 2 months and had never! used that CCard anywhere since UK.....Beware!
