“Upcoming stay again”

We have the great pleasure to stay at this hotel again after 3 years.(10 until 15 sept)Coming to Bali for the second time now, and there are a lot of hotels to choose from, but we decided to stay at the St Regis again.it's also a tricky to stay here again, we know what we had. We love the the lagoon pool, and the villa's around the pool. We booked a suite, and they are also really great!! Breakfast is something, we come back for also, this is out of this world, you must try it! Can't wait to spent some relaxing time on the beach reading a book, and just doing nothing.
See you in September.

The whole experience was literally amazing. From the service to the villa standings, our stay was probably one of the best we've ever had in Bali. I would definitely recommend the lagoon villas as the way they are dispatched around this long and natural pool makes them unique.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed in this hotel .

We enjoyed the excellent service with very personalized touch .

Service staffs make every effort to remember our names, the food and drinks that we enjoyed and chatting up occasionally to make our stay memorable .

Every service staff is very observant to details and i like to commend on a few of them , namely Doni and Yoga at the Boneka restaurant .

And a very young but passionate Eko Wicaksono at the Gourmand Deli.

If you want to feel like being served like a VIP, here is the place to stay .

I stayed here for 4 days with my fiance last weekend and I don't even have enough good words to describe how incredible this resort is. Not only is it beautiful but also wonderfully maintained. Everything was fresh and clean. The grounds, beach and pools are spectacular and there are so many beautiful little corners to relax in. The food was AMAZING! Every meal was delicious, particularly the buffet breakfast which was the best I've ever had. There are so many things I wish I could say but I could honestly write an essay on how wonderful this resort is. I will finish by saying that the thing that was most incredible about our stay at St Regis was the service. Every staff member who helped us during our stay was so genuine in their kindness and desire to please us that it really moved me. I have never in my life been more grateful for the care that each staff member took to make our stay memorable. The resort by itself is gorgeous, but it is the people that work there that make staying at St Regis such a lovely experience. I can't wait to return there for my upcoming anniversary.

Everything in this piece of heaven is wonderful. One of our all time best hotel experiences.
We had a villa with a private pool opening up to a lagoon that takes you all the way to the beach. Again all I can say is : heavenly.
Outstanding staff, beautiful setting; elegant without ugly extravagance yet elegant extravagance nonetheless.
Breakfast is an experience in itself!
Cannot commend it enough :-)

My husband and I stayed here mid Feb 2014 -we loved every minute & did not want to leave. The accommodation was beautiful, the staff were friendly and attentive and the dining was wonderful. We've joined the St Regis fan club and will be back! Thank you to the St Regis Bali team for a fantastic introduction to the St Regis brand.

Having just returned after a week at the St Regis, I have only glowing praise for the resort facilities, staff and room amenities. Please excuse the long review, I just have so many positive things to say about the resort.

Rooms:
Upon arrival, my husband and I were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a Gardenia villa, which was one of the most beautiful villas I have seen. Comfortable bed, large garden with private pool, excellent wifi (including throughout resort and TV/ipod etc, and beautiful bathroom with Remede spa products.

Resort grounds:
Simply spectacular, well maintained, private, multiple places to sit down and relax (hidden cabana’s, hammocks, plenty of beach chairs), wonderful clean beach with excellent beach side service (loved the minty cool towels and complimentary gelato snacks), lagoon pool was wonderful and often we would be the only people in the pool.

Spa/Gym:
Excellent therapists at the beautiful sanctuary spa. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday and the therapists took care to offer a safe and relaxing pregnancy massage. Compliments to Nia, my massage therapist. The spa complex also has an excellent gym next door with a dedicated gym staff member, multiple treadmills and cardio equipment, best quality weights and water, towels etc.

Food and drink:
Indulged in lots of in-room dining and experienced all restaurants on the property. We found the food and drink prices to be comparable to prices we would pay in Australia, which is completely reasonable for such good quality food. Drink prices were also on par with other 5 star resorts. Staff were conscious of dietary restrictions in pregnancy and there were plenty of options. Also, do not be worried about ‘bali belly’ and other food related illnesses as the quality at the resort is fantastic. Breakfast at Boneka, as many previous reviewers have stated, was out of this world fantastic. Best buffet breakfast with amazing a la carte options. Loved the lobster omelette and French toast crossaint. The traditional Indonesian restaurant Dulang is lovely although we found the food a little spicy. Kayuputi fine dining was great in terms of food quality, however we weren’t too keen on the ambience of the restaurant given the prices (would have preferred a more dimly lit, intimate restaurant, rather than a bustling environment – but that’s a personal preference). In room dining was always fabulous, delicious and well presented. The St Regis sister resort, the Laguna Resort and Spa offers cross charging between resorts for dining. Our only negative comment is that we went to the Laguna Resort ‘Arwana’ restaurant and were disappointed to find that the Laguna resort facilities and food quality was not at all on par with the St Regis. I imagine this is not something the St Regis can control but this is more for travellers to note.

Service:
Service was without a doubt the best quality I have experienced world wide (and we have stayed at the Grand Hyatt, Maldives resorts, Westin properties etc). Butler service is thoughtful, punctual and friendly. It is clear that all staff from the initial greeting at security to the waiters at Boneka are all well trained and have a wonderful attitude, and offer personalised service (many staff knew our names and food preferences etc). We were also surprised and delighted by extra surprises for our anniversary like a cake and beautiful flower bath. Executive Assistant manager Wayan Parsika was a delight. In fact, we originally were only to stay at the St Regis for two nights, however upon moving to our new hotel we were not comfortable, and Mr Parsika was very helpful in assisting us to come back to the St Regis for a further four nights. Upon our return to the St Regis, we felt we had come ‘home’ and were immediately more relaxed and comfortable after being a little stressed/worried at the previous resort. All staff made us feel so welcome and we were delighted to be back. We will always remember Mr Parsika’s efforts to assist us in this process.

In summary, this was the most wonderful resort experience we have had and we cannot wait to return in the near future. We urge all travellers looking at Bali 5 star resorts to stay at the St Regis, you will not be disappointed and in fact will have your expectations exceeded by the sheer quality of all aspects of the resort.
