This is our 2nd family trip to cm bali and was as good as last year
special mention to the GOs Danny who greeted us with smiles,
Sagar who took us to a top indian resteraunt and looked after us
for our entire 10 days and Ibra for organnising our late check out,
i believe the food was even better than last year.
The bar staff what can i say wawan he never stops, Rosi you just
got to try her special mm. there are so many others that make this place
so special.
we flew with virgin and was great, good meals and a few beers.
the down side is we booked online 6mnths in advance and they
still messed up our booking.
all in all magic place
The new pool and resteraunts should be open now
and a thank you to the lifeguards for keeping a eye on the kids
they do a fantastic job.
The rooms are a little dated but i have no problems with it

Room Tip: we prefer block 1 closer to all the action and had no trouble with noice

I stayed in Bali Club Med last week and participated Body & Soul Program.
Doing pilates and Yoga in front of the Nusa Dua Beach in the morning was amazing!
I believe this was very different activitie from other Resort!
(Specailly the activity teacher_2 Australian women were amazing!)

Above all, the best part of the Club Med was of course GO!
the chief Manager JB was very friendly and welcoming people!
Not only the chief Manager but also all GO(s) were fantastic,
i met Kayla Kim who is in charge of Excursion program,
she explained general information very clearly and kindly
eventhough i was asking several times!

I really recommend for the people who want to visit t bali!
You will meet the paradise not only area but also people there!

we were at club med bali for 4days in March 2014, on a all ladies trip, had a tremendous good time. First class hospitality, warmest GOs around cant find anywhere else. Sunny weather took great pics, relax & strolled on the beach, tried aqua arobics, steps dancing and yoga classes, ate well food was plenty, ambience was great-nobody got into other people space, even though there were many kids.

Before the trip, we thought this is our first and only club med vacation.
After this trip, we are already planning to go on Club Med World tour.... next destination Cherating here we come.

Thank you to all GOs at Club Med Bali, you guys are the pillars of the place.
U guys have made our Club Med experience so memorable

i have to say for my first time in bali it was amazing, where i stayed at definitely will take me back for more.the food was brilliant and so were the drinks, the fact that they were all inclusive for the deal i got made it more brilliant!!i have to say the staff were very friendly warm and welcoming especially seeing as i visited bali by myself.i would have to name a few that were great and made my stay that much more pleasant, the crowd from the bar yigit hakim gavin and dora and i dont remember the one older gentleman but who you were thanks for awesome service.i have to say gasper dian and dian from the boat house geoff from the boat house and corinne involved with the tour operations and management.also thanks to dana and molly.i have to say to the team and i know i have forgotten anmes thankyou for being great warm welcoming and friendly.its people like you that make a hotel alot more then what it already is!i enjoyed the shows that they had and were very humourful also.only thing i would say is that hopefully they may have motorised watersports on offer in future.

Room Tip: definitely a room close to the beach and a suite at that

Subsequent to my husband and I holidaying at Club Med Phuket, we felt the need to take our children to Club Med Bali - this was a great decision and seems to be the best holiday they can remember. Their ages at the time of the holiday being 10 and 11. They enjoyed the new cultural experiences; made new friends; took part in plays and acrobatics and were in awe of the food offerings! We hardly saw them as they were busy with the teenage club and spent time in the huge blissfully warm, swimming pool. We would love to go back and experience another Club Med in the very near future!

Room Tip: Rooms further away may be quieter from the evening music but don't have much of a view.

We chose this particular resort because we wanted to try an all inclusive, worry-free vacation. There were plenty of activities that would keep you occupied all day (ie. complimentary sunset cruise, snorkling, wind-surfing, drinks, etc.). Another reason for choosing this resort was beach, it was quiet and never lacked seats. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food quality wasn't exquisite, but always enough. We stayed in a room on g/f with terrace. Rooms were clean but worn out, some renovation could be done. If you're looking to be pampered like a king, go for a 5*hotel. Although I don't have kids, the kids club seemed amazing. I heard their laughters around the resort and know they must be having a great time.

I would definately recommend Club Med Bali to families with young children and to the ones looking for a worry-free vacation.

We spent a week at club med bali in March 2014. Weather was relatively good and there were only 2 days when it rained and they were light. Five-star prices but with four-star services all-round (food included); guess the hefty price tag goes into personal service from GOs and the all-in concept. This is our 4th CM holiday in south-east asia, so all comments are relative.

Resort is nicely decorated with a local theme and beautiful, manicured lawns. However, Rooms need to be spruced up.

Special mention to a handful of GOs: Mel from Reception. She took the initiative to change our allocated room even before we were to spend the first night after i recounted to her my horror at CM Phuket and letting on that i am noise-sensitive. Thank you!

Ravin from Restaurant Kitchen: Thank you for going the extra mile to make my husband's
birthday dinner a little bit special.

Clayton from Children's Club: You are truly talented! keep up the good work.

Overall good experience with the GO team except for one who got on my nerves. She happened to be the deputy of the Children's Club but boy, one wonders how she got to that position?! She seemed moody and temperamental and didn't seem to have a clue on how to animate young children. Not particularly smiley especially in the morning.

The Chef du Village, JB as he would like to be known is omnipresent! He's basically everywhere and almost every night at the shows which can be a good thing, depends on how you view it. on top of that, he does seem to enjoy parading his extended family as well. His spouse is also a working GO and she performs practically every night at the shows. Come-on, please give other GOs a chance! His sister-in-law and mother-in-law are also frequently seen walking round the Resort, not to mention his child and his niece. Makes one feel like we just checked into a family-business resort and not club-med! i suppose discretion is not in his dictionary!

Having said that, we will still check into another CM as the children are well-occupied. So it gives the adults a break. However, some may find the GO personal service abit too intrusive.
