“Clean and quiet”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

This beach is beautiful, clean and quiet. But remember that all beaches are accessible in Bali, so there is no need to limit yourself to so-called "public" beaches.

“Nice white sand beach”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

Nusa Dua is a resort area with 5 star hotels, restaurants and shopping center. The beach at Nusa Dua is lovely - fine white sand beaches and most of the 5 star hotels in Nusa Dua have their own stretch of nice beach.

Nusa Dua is a little further away from the town area or Kuta. So you will need to hire a car or taxi if you need to go out.

“Clean and clear water, suitable for small children”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

Was at Novotel Nusa Dua's private beach. The beach was sheltered by offshore reefs and thus the water was relatively calm (as compared to Kuta's). However, this time round, there were quite a lot of sea grass floating in the water and the wave was rougher than last year.

The sand was clean and we saw cleaners clearing up the debris.

The water calmed down at low tide and the kids were able to swim in the sea!

“Lovely sunny beach and clean cool sea water to take the heat away.”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt overlooking the Nusa Dua beach. The Grand Hyatt beach front lined with shady trees. Cool Sea water a tonic to take the heat away. People surfing in the distance. At low tide, one can wander and explore the rock pools at the north end of the beach. Plenty to see. Little Fish, crabs, sea weed and numerous starfish trapped in these pools.

“Lovely to look at!”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

Staying at StRegis Hotel we fully enjoyed relaxing at the Nusa Dua beach where the hotel made us very comfortable with lounge, towels and ice water. This beach is for looking and definitely not swimming. There are too many shells to cut your feet and seaweed to make feel icky! The compensation came in great pools, either salt water or fresh water- your choice!
