Only Plus size was the staffs - they were all very helpful & friendly.

Reserve rm no:204 but was requested to change rm to 203 as previous guest from 204 extended their stay, rm 203 was terrible - there was a problem with the water supply totally no water once one of us showered - wanted to call reception staff then realised to our horror ( there were no phones in the rooms ). The walk to the reception was about 200m away- was raining my husband had to walk all the way under the rain just to inform the staff of this problem.
There was only one excess to the shops & the only walkway was flooded due to the rain.
Came back from dinner - realised part of the lighting blew off. Finally had a changed of room to 205 the next day.
Beware hotel is not safe - no secuity camera & doors easily broken into. Anyone can get easy access to the hotel premises.

Pools are huge but not maintained-stayed there for 3 nites did not see anyone cleaning it.

Room Tip: Choose room 205 or 206. These rooms faces the pool & water pressure is better. Try not to book...

Had a fantastic stay here for 4 nights...excellent central location near many fantastic cafes / restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to Hardy's Supermarket....located down a long driveway made the location very quiet and private.
Rooms are clean and airy and would suit those looking for longer stays in Sanur to utilise apartment facilities - full size fridge , kitchen , washing machine etc
Nice bathrooms with big bath cleaned daily. TV with many channels and the free wifi worked well also.
Beach is only a short walk down street across the road.
Huge pool outside apartments big enough to swim laps.
Staff were very friendly and were only sighted when needed and arranged taxi's when needed.
Booked through Agoda although Manager Mr Ronny says best to book direct for better price.
Under rated at this price !

Room Tip: upstairs rooms overlook pool

We have to agree with all the other positive reviews on this hotel. We have stayed here twice now and we will definatly return. Having a kitchen with a full size fridge, small stove and a washing machine is a bonus. Because we were here for a couple of weeks we found having hardys close by was a bonus and we were able to prepare a few of our meals ourselves. If this is not your scene there are plenty of restaurants around as you are in the heart of Sanur. But being one street back from the beach and just down a small lane it was very quiet. The pool is huge, big enough to do laps if you wish. If you stay long term you can get a cheaper rate on your room.

Agree with all other reviews,,with Hardys Shopping Mall close by and the rooms come with kitchens , bath , washing machine ,sitting room and seperate bedroom , this is the place for a long term stay. They even have full time maintanance staff who fix things in a flash. The staff are friendly , the pool is very large and long ,great for training in. It is still only a ten minute walk to the beach and sea front and it is in centrall Sanur close to a huge supply of restaraunts. There is building construction nearby , this did not disturb us . The downstairs rooms have the bedrooms at the back so are very quite. Swim in the sea at high tide and come back and relax around the pool , it can get noisy if there are a lot of families and children ,however you can always find a quite time when they all go for day trips

First time staying here and it very nice, set back off the main road so no noise but right in the heart of the shopping/resturant zone... Ronny the manager was very helpful and anything we needed he arranged.. The upstairs units are the biggest and best and well worth the little extra.. The pool is a good size with a shallow end for the kids, we left our pool noodles there for other guests to use lazing around the pool.. 24 hr mini mart right next door for all your drinking an food needs... Billys rest across the road has the best milkshakes ever..... But beware of the nasi goreng with "bali spices" its only for the Brave.........

The only real bug bear we had was the water pressure.......... it was very slow and took ages to half fill the bath... But that was the only little thing... they are building a new hotel close by and there is a little noise during the day but tehy finish up about 8pm and tehn all is quiet.. But teh benefit of having a Full size fridge and washing machine in the units counters any litttle issues.......

Room Tip: If your budget allows. Get upstairs !!! There much bigger an you get the views

Nice venue despite some building work at the entrance on the lane way. Rooms are large, modern with two ice cold air con units (one in the bedroom and another in the lounge). These are self catering and come with a FULL size fridge freezer/two burner gas stove and even a washing machine.

Nice swimming pool and free wifi

The first floor rooms are a little bigger and have a small balcony.
Located 45 seconds away from a supermarket and a few minutes from Hardy department store, this place sells everything you can buy on the streets at a very low fixed price if you want to avoid the bargaining routine

Great hotel, realy good value! We checked out of another hotel in Sanur which was horrible and asked to see a room in the Sayang Sanur. The room was huge with a real kitchen (stove, big fridge...) and a washing machine which is handy if you need to clean some clothes! Then there is the bedroom and the living and dining area separated.
The room was clean and quiet, the balcony overlooking the pool was good.
The pool is huge! The location is good on the main street close to restaurants and bars and the beach.
