What stands out most in my two-plus week old memory of this place is the variety in it's menu. There was a great range of fusion and Balinese offerings and our table (there were three of us) did a valiant job of ordering and consuming most of the menu! At least the appetizers and salads part and a couple of mains to boot. Having missed a normal lunchtime due to too much frolicking in the beach (it was after all our last day there) and knowing that we'd have no time for another before our flights that night, we decided to make this our special splurge on the trip and events conspired to make this easily the best meal we had in Bali. And that's saying a lot because other meals weren't too shabby either! Everything was absolutely delicious though I'm hard-pressed to single out even one dish .. I just remember one long (3 hour) eat-a-thon. Ambience was lovely.. the waiters obligingly turned the fan out way since at the time we arrived there were not other guests and unflaggingly brought us all those extra condiments (the sambals and limes) that I fell in love with while on the island.
