Finally dropped in here after walking past it many times, and will do so more often. Lovely staff, good food at very cheap prices - only 3 dishes over Rp40k, juices strong enough and Rp15k. Do deliveries too.

After reading the review, we ventured our way to look for this hidden gem. The experience was good except you could hear the traffic of scooters driving pass by. (but again which restaurants in Sanur doesn’t have the traffic noise). We were greeted by the owner lady as she was sitting next to us entertaining a table of visiting friends of hers. Food was tasty, not on the cheap end but overall experience was a good one.

Well we went here because of the reviews. I don’t know who is giving these reviews. The food was tasteless and 100% for sure you can get better at the 100 Warungs around Sanur for a 1/4 of the price. The chicken in coconut with potato was very bland, but at least a big piece of chicken. My friends wife had the noodles, she complained like hell. My friends children ordered Nasi Goreing (fried rice) I heard my friend wife say 3 times NO VEGETABLES, NO CHILLE. Well what arrived was Nasi Goering just filled with chilies; the 2 kids couldn’t even eat a bite. Plus my friend ordered something for a starter, DIDNT ARRIVE even after the "waitress" said twice do you want that before your meal. The owner came out waiting after we had paid the bill, I can only imagine to take the tip, well bad luck NO TIP from us and we nearly always leave a good tip. NOT A GOOD PLACE AT ALL

We lakes to this restaurant fro the main shopping street at Sanur...in the heat of the day, but we were very glad for our effort! Mila was charming and the restaurant quaint...with some irresistible Javanese glass paintings inside. Food is varied with many great choices...particularly if you are vegetarian or like seafood. Service was very friendly. Portions are sizeable and the value is remarkable. Lots of choices you won't find elsewhere. Highly rated for very good reason. Strongly recommended. Worth a taxi if you don't want to walk!

Mila's serves the tastiest, freshest and most genuine Javanese food you can get. We have been living in Bali for over a year now and eat at least once a week there because we know the meals are delicious, the food is HEALTHY (not all deep fried like everywhere else), the portions are big and the prices are amazing. Mila has set up a perfect little atmosphere where you can really enjoy the superb food. The staff are amazing, very friendly, efficient and helpful. We will be loyal customers forever!
