We stayed in a two bedroom emerald villa which was spacious and modern, and well located near the main pool. If block-out curtains were added to the bedrooms, these suites would be pretty near perfect.
Friends stayed in an older garden apartment which was a bit dingy and not as well set up (no microwave, for example) but also spacious.
The main pool is pretty, but very warm and in full sun most of the day, which was a bit tricky with kids. The smaller pool is cooler and shadier.
The breakfast was great.
I don't like this end of Sanur as much as the main section further north, but the location is certainly not bad if you like the restaurants and beach down the south end.
Overall, I found this hotel strangely inconsistent. There were touches that showed real thought - kids toys and a trampoline, water coolers in the rooms, etc - but some of the staff were pretty unhelpful and there were some basic maintenance problems like light bulbs needing attention that were neglected.
Not sure I'd recommend this place: it has potential and offers good value for money, but it left me a bit cold.More
