Me and my husband stayed there for 5 nights with our baby last March. Did some researches before coming and chose this hotel among the others around Sanur. Upon arrival we were amazed to find out that almost everything there were beyond our expectations. The room was Indonesian beauty, spacious, clean, with foyer. Bathroom has no frills but decent and well kept. Got new soaps everyday.

The restaurant was small by the pool, but lovely and has familiar feeling. Hot water provided 24 hours, just need to bring the thermos from the room. Breakfast has standard choices with coffee or tea and u need to pay more if u want to pamper yourselves. We've tried some and they were unexpectedly delicious! Well, to our experiences most restos in hotels only 'pretend' to serve mouth-watering dishes by the pictures but then turn out tasted like made by kids. This so called-Cottage is no joking, for sure.

The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Moved instantly for any trouble during our stay. It might be small and budget and set on a lane 10 minutes walk from the beach, but we would definately recommend this one to all who wishes to find a quite and relaxing place like home. Lovely!

Set in a quiet area of Sanur a short walk from the beach and markets this inexpensive hotel is a gem. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an airconditioner and bar refrigerator. Altohogh the restaurant staff could be better trained all of the staff were friendly and helpful to us as travellers. We stayed for 13 days at the end of March 2013 and would recommend the establishment to all of our friends. The pool was especially welcome at the end of the day.

Room Tip: Chose one of the moderately priced upstairs bedrooms with a private balcony.

We stayed in a cottage in the gardens which were good and cleaned every day by excellent staff, problems with aircon sorted out straight away. My son stayed in one of the standard rooms which were better value. The down side was the power cuts at night which made the rooms very hot without aircon especially for my daughter in another cottage with a 15 month old. The breakfast was limited to eggs or pancakes unless you paid extra, 2 small rashes of bacon 15,000 rup. Ok if you are on a budget.

We stayed at prima Cottages for 2 weeks in cottage 3a well what a surprise this little gem is. On arrival we thought have we made the right decision and yes we did. The cottages are spacious, clean and have air conditioning. When we read the info in the room we where quite surprised to see the rooms where cleaned everyday towels changed etc. Breakfast was included nothing over the top but enough and the Banana Pancakes were great. The location is superb and quite, the pools is good as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning again. Just remember you are not staying at the ritz but a very comfortable 2 star property.

Room Tip: Go for a cottage with the air con

Three of us booked into the 2 roomed villa at the end of the garden. We were there for three weeks in November. It had a little kitchen and wonderful outdoor dining, lounge area with fans. The garden was utterly delightful and constantly tended. Breakfast could do with some help and the breakfast staff maybe needed a little more training, but the location by the pool more than made up for it. All the staff members were an absolute delight. And a short walk to the Main Street of Sanur. Loved it.

We took the budget room with fan, so there was not much expectation.
The room was basic but spacious enough, the bathroom was also of decent size; bet we felt the bathroom was little smelly.
The restaurant is next to the swimming pool, it's nice to have breakfast there. The complimentary breakfast menu had very few options, you have to chose between: toast & egg Or Pancake Or french baguette.
The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the beach, it's located in a quiet lane.
