Great clean room in a house with a big temple garden. Good breakfast (larger than Indonesian standard of one pancake :-) and very friendly stuff. We loved our second floor pre-room balcony. Location is great near a big supermarket and just 15 minutes walk from the center.

Actualy we went there at July 2009. The room is clean with a big veranda which we could see the beatiful little garden. A good place for ralaxing. only 10 euro per night including breakfast, coffee and tea. So do not compare it with the five star hotel, it's not that expensive price.
good location, good room, good garden, good breakfast, and good price.
Excellent!

We jumped out of a taxi in the rain out the front of this hotel and ran inside thinking we would wait till it stopped raining and then sgtart our search for a Hotel . We did have a quick look around but ended up staying here for 2 nights . Big spacious rooms that were quiet and well priced and the most superb view over the padi fields . The staff were super friendly and could not do enough for you . They had a set daily choice for breakfast but said to ignore that and just order whatever we wanted . They have a downstairs and an upstairs dining room . We ate upstairs which was quieter and more private . They had good free in room internet . Lovely people and a lovely place to stay . Really good location .

Room Tip: They have 3 and they are all the same .

We came as a hotel guest but we left as friends of the hotel.
The General Manager, Mr Manik and his restuarant supervisor, Ms Putu have been excellent host and made our stay so much more interesting and pleasant. Their staff are very sincerely friendly. They are long time resident of Ubud and Putu herself grew up in Ubud. Her knowledge of Ubud helps me to rekindle my long lost fond memories of Kubuku bungalows in Ubud which I stayed about 15 years ago. But it is sadly been demolished to give way to newer buildings.

We were looking for a place to stay for about a month in Ubud. Our driver, Pak Nyoman, recommended that we stay at Nuriani Guesthouse, which is family run. The manager, Pak Manik, took us to visit the recently opened new bedrooms - these delightful 3 bedrooms are located above the Nuriani's Bar and Restaurant, strategically located in Padang Tegal. The rooms are new, spacey, clean and with rice paddy view from each balcony; we were very happy to find that WIFI is accessible from the room. We enjoyed the fact that it is very easy to stroll along to Monkey Forest and Jalan Hanoman as there are so many interesting shops. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, we enjoyed our breakfast each morning by the rice paddy field. They have a 7-day breakfast menu. It was a wonderful experience. We would recommend that anyone checks it out and we definitely would stay there again the next time we visit Ubud.
