Description: Our mission starts from the heart. Our values. Far beyond passion. Gaya Gelato is a project that is born of the land to establish a direct, indissoluble bond with nature. Exploring seasonal rhythms, respecting their productive dimension, discovering life cycles and natural times, making the most of the land and of its every fruit: these are the values that underpin a new concept of gelato. Quality and continuous evolution Seasonal fruits and carefully chosen ingredients are vital components of a gelato that awakens recollections of genuine, authentic tastes and fragrances. Gaya Gelato establishes new nutrional coordinates. Our values are driven by deeply rooted respect for the environment and by the absolute awareness that keen focus on the conservative dynamics of the world will lead to a better product. Absolutely eco-sustainable and excellent quality. The tradition of Italian artisan gelato lies in this. Enclosed in productive know-how based on love of the land, which it praises, it is also capable of adjusting to changing times.

“Best Gelato in Town”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 April 2014 via mobile

I tried Gaya Gelato 3 years ago and still love their Gelato until now. I'm living in the center of Ubud and many Gelato shop around but no one is as good as Gaya Gelato. It always fun to drive to Gaya after lunch or dinner just for having 1 or 2 scoops of gelato.
Highly recommended gelato and will come back again and again..

This is one good way to drink espresso in hot day! Shake it with ice and serve it cold & foamy! Not too sweet, just perfecto!

Love the cashew, pistachio & bacio, i am nuts for their nuts-y gelato! Worth to drive up hill from seminyak for their sweetness & smiley face of the staff.
