First off i want to stay the owners are extremely friendly and after I told them my problems I had with the room they gave me another hotel for free :) because they had no other rooms available.
The only problem I had was with the Room the room was vary basic even for a cheap room but I dont care that much about how a room looks the big problem was the Loud noise trough the whole day and night,
The walls are made from paper and if you have neighbours you can even hear them whispering and hear their bed crack when they turn around which is a really big noise even with earplugs in I woke up from that, its just like I was sleeping in a hostel, and when you finally fell asleep you wake up immediately because its 6 am and all the children and babies start screaming and crying,if you are a solid sleeper and dont care the dirty room you would like it here very much because the owner and everyone that works there is so nice and friendly and the property itself is beautiful and I'm really lucky they gave me a room in a hotel that looks at least twice as expensive, I just hope for them they will soundproof the few rooms they have at the entrance of the property and maybe let their children and babies play somewhere not so close to the rooms.

Very very friendly family would do anything for you!! We booked a standard room but when we arrived we got upgraded to a superior due to there being one free for a couple of nights, which was great! Two days later we were asked very nicely if we could move into a standard room as the superior room we was in has now been booked, we got all our luggage taken to the room for us and the standard was just as good as superior! Highly recommend swan inn!! Setting is amazing! Only two minutes to main ubud strip but far enough to be peaceful and relaxing!!

booked a room for one night via agoda.com. when we arrived, they said they were full but that their friend next door has a room available. walked us over to Kabera Bungalows & said goodbye with a smile. Kabera is a dump. absolutely disgusting. no towels, soap, or toilet paper & the hot water only lasted for 5 minutes. also, the rate for this room is 100k rupiah & we paid agoda 180k rupiah so Swan Inn made 80k rupiah off of our booking. awesome. don't stay at either of these places. there are hundreds of other options.

Lovely guest house with beautiful big spacious rooms that look out over the garden. Location is perfect, just off Monkey Forest Road just far enough its completely peaceful in the room but only a 1 minute walk and your right amongst all the restaurants. Staff were excellent, really nice and brought you breakfast to you in the morning so you could eat it on your balcony, what more do you want! highly recommended

Upon arriving we were given a free upgrade to the bungalows from the standard accommodation we booked. The rooms were fantastic. The service was brilliant. The breakfast was brought up to our room for us each morning. The view of the garden and rice fields was lovely. The location was also very good - just off the monkey forest street, but away from the noise of the traffic. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night in Swan Inn and absolutely loved it. The room itself was quite basic but was clean and spacious. It had a nice terrace which overlooked the garden, pond and a rice field. The hotel is not located in the main road and we did have to drag our suitcases for around 2-3 minutes to get to the hotel. However this was all worth it as we couldn't hear any traffic noise from our room. It was very relaxing and quiet. The staff came to take our breakfast order in the morning and the food is brought to our bungalow which was very nice. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again when we next visit Ubud.
