Very central location, near the busy main street but nice and quiet. Beautifully carved doors and shutters on windows. The room was basic but very pleasant, clean and bright. Very friendly and helpful owner. Decent internet, very good value for money. Breakfast was very good, a choice of different styles of eggs or pancakes plus fruit salad. Coffee and tea were available all day. It's great to enjoy breakfast or a nice hot drink on your own terrace.
I was very happy at the Kori Bali Inn and would certainly recommend it.

I only spent 2 nights at Kori Bali Inn2 but it is a nice place to stay. Very close to all the shops and restaurant, maybe a little difficult to find but everyone in the area knows where it is so just ask! The location is close to a lot of restaurants/bars so it isn't very quiet, but the music isn't so hard that you can't sleep. The people who run this hostel are very friendly! Always in for a talk!!

We recently returned from a week in Ubud were we stayed at the Kori Bali Inn II, twice. We had decided before the trip to check out other accommodation after a few days to get a feel for Ubud and then take a trip to the nearby island of Nusa Lembongan. We decided to cancel our trip to the outer islands because of the weather and instead returned to the Kori Bali Inn II from our other Ubud homestay.

Yanik and his family at the Kori Bali Inn II made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They are good for a chat, advice, directions, and a joke or two. The accommodation is tucked away down the back streets overlooking some small rice paddies. The main wow factor are the entrances to the rooms through beautiful and bright carved doors from your own personal terrace area. The interiors are simple though have everything required for exploring the very close-by sights and attractions of Ubud.

I fully recommend the Kori Bali Inn II, not only for the beautiful building and Balinese design, not only for the fantastic family who run the homestay, not only for the location...but definitely for the banana pancakes you can have for breakfast every morning.

Thanks Yanik.
Mat and Jill.

I wasn't expecting much from the Kori Bali Inn because it was so cheap but I was pleasantly surprised! The guy running the place was really friendly, really helpful and was always smiling. The room was spacious and clean. I was given free unlimited coffee which I drank sitting on my balcony (very nice added touch) and breakfast was included in the price and was pretty tasty.
The hostel is in a great location; only a 15 minute walk to the monkey forest, a 10 minute walk to the Kecak dancing and a 5 minute walk from the market. The only downside to the location is that the hostel is located down an alleyway which I had to walk down on my own in the dark after an evening out.

I'll definitely stay again if I return to Ubud :)

Kori Bali Inn is really well located for those who wants to be close to the heart of Ubud while still being able to relax. The hotel is located 2 min walk from the main street and as such enjoy a very quiet surrounding.
The rooms are really basic but big. One plug only.
There is no mosquito net in the room but Nyoman will provide you with a repellent and I really had no trouble with mosquito during my stay there.
All rooms are with a double bed.
Do not use the laundry of the hotel, their provider is twice the prices of most laundries in Ubud.
Nyoman who is handling the hotel is a really nice guy and he cooks great pancakes for breakfast.
You will also be provided with a big thermos of hot water everyday with cafe or the bags.

Room Tip: The room on the ground floor look at the small garden and as it is a small hotel it is quite peacefu...

I had a wonderful time in Kori Bali Inn 2.
Home away from home, very peaceful and cosy.
Nice room in tipical balinese style with balcony/patio that you can always sit and chill. Great location, close to everything what you need but not on the main road so nothing disturb. Shops, Ubud Market and Mankey Forest just few minutes walk. Yanik the owner was our taxi driver and guide, and we hade greate tour around Bali, few temples, cofee fields, rice fields and etc.
Very nice breakfast, brilliant banana pancakes:-) coffe, tea and water provided.
Will definitely recomend the place and surely will be back again.
All the best for Kori Bali and Yanik family.
Thank you!!

This place is awesome, is like having a room inside a temple :-)
Nyoman, the owner, is really kind and always will try to help you and really do his best to do your stay very pleasant. In around 15min by walking you can reach the monkey forest (in the entrance of the monkey forest you can spot the first monkeys, careful with your cameras, and even your shoes, the monkeys steal everything they can to get food in exhange!)
The room is correct and you have your own table and chairs in the entrance to take the breakfast. There are some choices for the breakfast (mostly pancakes, toasts, omelettes with fresh fruit salad and tea or coffee).
If you need to take a fast boat from Bali to your next destination, Nyoman can help you and offer a really competitive prices! We book the fast boat to the Gili's with him, really recommend it!
