We picked Bali rich as our honeymoon stay this March. Adding on to the calmness of ubud was the truly rich experiencing we received in this resort. Good clean facilities, tasty food and staff who sport a smile all the while - this was good enough to make us be glad of our choice. Thanks to Bali Rich, highly recommend

The rooms were beautifully appointed and the staff lovely. The only downside was the resort pool decking needs maintenance ASAP!! Lots of loose boards that actually made you scared of walking on them. The restaurant food was lovely however being such a large space lacked atmosphere. The staff were lovely and helpful for any needs. This is a place for people who really want to do nothing at all.

Room Tip: Rooms on the western side seem not to have the early morning jungle chickens

Quiet place and far away from all the distractions.
Big villa with very nice decor. Huge bath tub that is great for relaxation after a long day.
Massage service was nice also. Felt relaxed after it.
Service staffs were friendly and understood English.
Only issue were the bugs which were flying all around and the villa pool which the water seems dirty.

Dear Daren L,

Thanks for your positive reviewed and we will do offer best service and we directly execute to take in order with pest control to terminate bugs around since our villa location is surrounded with high trees and those are coming from outside. Therefore we will fully control for this circumstance. Also the dirty pool was coming over from outside high trees leaves and absolutly our pool attendance will do daily cleaning.
Meanwhile, we are looking forward to welcoming you back at our resort.

We have stayed for the last week at Bali rich ubud and I have thoroughly enjoyed the quiet although my husband who is not a reader and likes to be active has had a harder time with the location. We found the villa lovely. The pool in the villa is small but deep and ideal for a quick cool off. The hotels pool is really lovely and has been empty for most of our stay. The hotel supplies a free shuttle into and out of ubud 3 times a day so that is great to help if you get bored. We purchased our holiday on a scoop on package which also supplied breakfast and massages everyday. The food was fine and the massages were fantastic. The only trouble we have had is the cleaners doing our room. We have had to ask 3 days in a row now , one time when we got home at 7 pm. We never see cleaners during the day so it is very annoying to be wondering when they are coming and worse to have to ring and ask for towels as no one has been in at all. The staff in all areas have been wonderful with big smiles and great English. I would stay here again although I don't think my husband would but hopefully next time they will be a bit better organised with there room cleaners.

Room Tip: Room 108 just 2 steps away from the pool

Thanks for your reviewed and it is very great to hear that you are satisfy with our service, therefore any miss of house keeping were not cleaning your room for one day. On behalf of management, we are really sorry for this inconvenience matter and it is miss coordination amongs cleaners staff.

I love everything here except for those mosquitoes and bugs which are everywhere. The villa, the service, the breakfast was perfect! Highly recommended for couples looking for a quiet getaway. Would like to extend my thanks to the service staff who made the surprise happened for my boyfriend's birthday celebration and helping us get lunch/dinner at Warung Kayana!

We were there after getting a deal in Groupon and I dint really check the surrounding attractions but fell for the peace in the pictures of the villa!
Definitely not for the fun loving night owls. Like my boyfriend who was quite not into it at first but well, the serenity and away from all thw hustle had definitely conquered his heart too!
An hour and a half from the airport, Made was an excellent driver come guide who dint expect any form of return or "buy my service" attitude. It was a great start but the villa did not offer tye 1 way transport from hotel to airport. It was fixed from the airport ONLY. so u cant expect to aave a bit or go public to ubud and you have no choice but to take the hotel's car back for departure as no taxi would wanna leave ubud to the airport.
The villa was a dream taker and had all the above expectations for normal travellers looking for a bit of self pampering and relaxation. Room was so big to keep ua busy whole day and night but well mosquitoes were definitely the Problem. But the villa has coils/spray and the electrical insect repellents. The plunge that we had kept going wrong so u have the serviceman coming in and out frequently to repair it till thw wires got all wrong ans wen you switch on thw lights turned off and the fountain turned on! Gave us the tickels though. We had bfast cooked one morning and in e restaurant the next. Both gave us unique experiences. The choices are limited and less for big eaters.
Community pool was ours for the whole trip basically! Looking down to a vast area of forest and terraces it was a gd relaxation for the eyes. Restaurant next to the pool offered cheap and great good food! Maybe a margarita for 7SGD! The waiter for was tall and slim (I cant remember his name) was really nice and took all our requests into consideration.
The spa was excellent and beyond tat! Good service but a bit on the high side. Everything is calculated in USD so I paid 90SGD for a 2HR massage, scrub and flower bath.
There is a restaurant called Warung something down the villa which overlooked the padi fields.basically this place is for relaxing and some quiet time with your loved one.
I would love to come back once my boyfriend and I married, maybe for a second honeymoon! :)
Keep up the good job and u can do better Bali Rich!

We stayed in a villa for 3 nights & wished it was longer! We used a voucher bought in Australia with an amazing deal due to it being bali's 'off season' (in my opinion there is no such thing Bali is gorgeous anytime you visit).

The staff were all really helpful & friendly.

The restaurant was very cheap & served really delicious food! It has a gorgeous view over a river & rice paddys & at dusk you can watch the tiny bats all fly out for the night. Bali rich also offer free afternoon tea each day either in the restaurant or in your room which is a lovely touch.

We had room service breakfast which was delicious & prompt.

The pool was beautiful & we spent a bit if time there, it could use a bit if a face lift & some of the boardwalk surrounding was loose. We also had our own plunge pool in our villa & this was beautiful also with a fountain during the day & soft lighting at night.

Our room was well air conditioned with a netted 4 poster bed. HUGE bathroom very Bali style with a big stone bath & rain shower head. The room had some signs of age but was very good value for money & we felt like totally the entire stay!

There is a free shuttle service to & from Ubud & only $6 each way outside of their times, cheap! Our driver Made was excellent & we loved chatting to him about himself & his hobbies. Bali rich runs a free morning walk & you can learn to make the temple offerings which we also participated in & loved. It was nice to 'see behind the walls' of the little village so to speak.
