I love the view very much. We can see all the valley from this hotel, when you get your breakfast you can also see great scenery from your seat. I think it was VIP seat for breakfast, but they gave us free.. Staff was very helpfull. My trouble is there's a lot of wild dogs outside the hotel hehe.. Overall the hotel was great..

I was staying in Puri Bunga Resort & Spa for 3 days, 2 night with my family..and when I came there, I was very amazing of a view...especially the pool...the pool is facing to the Ayung river, forest, and ubud's hill. That's was so exotic!! My daughter was very excited and really love to swim in there. Overall, the location is quite good, very private (honestly recommended for honeymoon), unique-room, and a hotel's staff is friendly. But the wifi connection is not good, I think the hotel's management should be fixed it. Because every visitors expected for good wifi connection..

Room Tip: room's facing the hill & river...it was amazing for you to take a photo

I was expecting a quiet placê outside of the beaten tracks of Ubud, and really found a hidden Gem.
The reception was só warm & charming, that I felt imediately át ease, and was taken by the peaceful oásis of this paradise.
Walking down to the rooms, with every step the view became more stunning, and the lovely maintained gardens, are An. Inviation to enjoy.
The rooms very clean, spacious and a big balinese bathroom. 2 swimmingpools for only 10 room, a luxury, one is spectaular overlooking the valley and Ayun River.
The Kind staff made my stay unforgettable, they even brought me fresh flowers. The Manager Mr Wayan introduced himself, and is a great host, he was able to read my wishes and made everything possible.
Undortunately i couple not extend my stay, as the hotel was fully booked, but can highly recomend this experience.

Room Tip: The ones in front have An. Extra large terrace overlooking the valley, ricefields and Ayun River

This is a small (10 rooms) hotel with beautiful grounds, set above the Ayung River. There are 4 rooms with direct views over the valley,, very spectacular! Two of these rooms are in need of interior renovation. The other two are in a newer block, along with the 6 other rooms. The 6 are well fitted, high grade rooms, bit no river view,
There are many steps... 45 from our room to the front desk, and also sloping paths.. keep fit!
Breakfast is free and quite good, but poached eggs rarely served with soft yolks despite repeated requests.. but scrambled are fine,
We had two lunches there and they were reasonably priced and nicely cooked,
It costs only $3-5 for a taxi to Ubud, and the slightly remote location makes for a very peaceful stay,
Staff and management are VERY friendly and helpful.
Compared to its adjacent neighboring hotels it is a bargain!!

.

Room Tip: Room 304 and 312 are the best, 306 and 305 have great views but are not as good inside

As a doctor I have never found myself in such a unique and tranquil place to unwind, forget about the busy life one leads, and to really let oneself go... The staff (particularly Wyan and Maddi) were most-gracious and make you feel like family - I was sad to leave. While some have complained about the distance (it is only approximately 2.5km to Ubud Centre), this added to the experience of being away from the chaos such that the 'true' Ubud experience can be felt at your fingertips. I'll definitely be returning... as a soul traveller again.. and with friends/family.

Hotel was good, service was excellent and the scenery was fabulous. However, the location is a bit far from Ubud centre (taxis were around IDR 30-50,000). Pool was good. Breakfast was ok. Not recommended for disabled customers as lots of steps to the rooms.

Room Tip: Upstairs have better views
