Just got back from our honeymoon in this hotel. Nice view, silent and relax. It's quite far from Ubud Central so you have to take shuttle or rent motorcycle but it's worth to stay. The room is spacious, clean and the staffs are friendly and fast responses. The swimming pool is not crowded but the water a bit cold. The spa is amaaaazing.

I really enjoyed my time here, my partner and I found it incredibly relaxing and a pleasant place to experience a different side of Bali. It's far away enough from Ubud to escape the traffic and any noise & the shuttle buses are fantastic and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful, views & gardens are beautiful and great to wander around in. Pool is fantastic. I would recommend this as an escape, where you can dip in and out of the busyness or escape it completely. Tip: Taxi drivers can have a hard time finding it so I recommend printing off a map to show the driver just to save some driving around looking for it. Enjoy!

My husband and I stayed at Bhuwana for 5 days before heading to Legian for a week. We felt as if we were the only guests there until the last day when a few more people arrived. The pool is great. Spent a few good hours relaxing there, so quiet and comfortable. Watch out for the huge lizard the climbed the fence from the rice fields for a swim! Eeeek! Very funny to watch the staff try to catch it. The service provided in restaurant and at front desk was very attentive, my only feedback there is the staff could be more confident and friendly in chatting to you to make you welcome but I understand there might be a bigger language barrier in ubud than in kuta or legian. The grounds are beautifully kept and our second floor room overlooked the rice fields(requested this via email). There were ants in our bathroom, couldn't put out my things around the sink unfortunately. The airport pickup man could have been more friendly maybe with better English, it was a 2 hr drive after a long flight and we felt a bit odd not being spoken to. Ubud is close to lots of activities so less time spent in traveling from the beach areas. The ubud town centre is lovely, so relaxed. The free shuttle into town was very handy. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to ubud.

Stayed 2nd August - 5th August .

The lovely gardens caught my eye on entry to this true Balinese resort .its is only 2 years old.
Lovely large Balinese style rooms with large bathroom, with a full size bath ,king size bed is heaven for comfort.my room a few steps away from the large pool.level 1, ground level ..it was the deluxe room with beautiful gardens scatter around my room outside .....

The curtains were a problem for me,that they are not a double lined curtain, too thin, you can see the lights on outside at night and also the morning light comes inn quite clearly ..it needs to be dark to have a sleep inn....

I could hear guest next door going to the toilet very clearly ,so if I can hear them, they can hear me !!! OMG !!! .....

The staff are nice & friendly and can help with all needs, their English was okay ...

There is a free shuttle to main shops of ubud from 10.00 am to 10.20 pm...Too far to walk ..
Not far to monkey forest from shops..There is everything at the shops you may need....

Free wifi is great here throughout whole resort .....

This resort is so quiet & tranquil amongst the lovely garden with lovely pool and cascade waterfall. There is a pool bar too,sit by the bar ,while in the water ...heaps of deck chairs ,seemed a bit old chairs, umbrellas and pergola for full shade....

There is massage spa faciltes on site ,but they close at 4.30 pm,that's ashame as I like my massage in the evening ....

Dininer was lovely in there restuarnt ,rice paper rolls & beef redang with rice was my choice ...yum.service was excellent by all staff ...

Breakfast was fine, fresh eggs cooked to you liking ,cereal, toast & Asian food...etc....

I had a lovely massage at spa facility on site,I chose the lomi lomi massage 90 mins, divine ,using elbow technique at certain stages .Cythnia was excellent ,but I don't know why I always get short of time by 15 mins ,this annoys me ,I pay for 90 mins ,I except to get 90 mins, not 75mins.....
There clock was certainly out by the wrong time !!! I always wear a watch !!!... And l look at time of start of massage ......it certainly was a well set up massage spa rooms, beautiful decor ......

I notice a lot of Europeans guests stayed here,I didn't come across any Australians in the 3 days I was here .... Oops there was a group of Aussie on my last day, arrived to the pool bar ,of course !!! They were loud ,so my time of quietness by the pool was gone !! So I left the pool area.....

Overall my stay here was lovely, quiet ,relaxing & peacefull....This is the true bali in ubud ....
I would recommend this resort for sure $80 night ,wasn't bad value for me !!!

Stayed here for 2 nights. We were on a grop tour around Bali and therefor the Travel Agency had booked the hotel for our group. We have before hand asked by mail to have a room on 1st flor and with view to the rise field (room 220) - and the reception were very quick to answer. We have asked for a non-smoking room with twin beds. And we got it all. THANKS!
Food and pool were lovely, calm and nice surroundings. Our room was spacious, clean and looked over therice fields. Highly recommend this place. The breakfast buffet had enough choice. The hotel staff is very friendly.
Free shuttle to and from Ubud market is provided by hotel every second houers. BUT once we had to wait more than an houer in Ubud for the shuttel. Not good enogh!

Room Tip: Get a room an 1st flor with a balcony and a view to the rice fiels. Room 220 was perfect.

My tour company upgraded our hotel in Ubud to this nice hideaway, and well done hotel. It's new, and not in the center of the town. It's quiet, and very comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious food and breakfasts are hardy and filling. The bed was bug and comfortable. The room was quite large and had a balcony overlooking the incredible pool, and waterfall. It's hard to believe this hotel is practically brand new. The landscaping is superb. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. They have shuttles into town for free, and it's a quick 10 minute drive depending on traffic. It was a very relaxing retreat. I wish I could've stayed longer than the three nights allotted. I wish the owners much success and highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: I enjoyed my second floor room, with easy access to the pool, a balcony. I don't know the varie...

no staff who can speak English well, all people do not understand what I say, but only one person who could understand what I was saying and he was very professional, he could give a very good service, he is Putra, he still young but talented in tourism. I saw him working as a manager, but when I asked him, "You are a gifted person, whether you the manager here?", he said "no, I am just a regular staff here, and still a lot I need to learn". I was very surprised to hear it, I see her work everywhere, in the front office, driver, porter, and he was very diligent in cleaning the lobby area.
