I was warmly greeted by the infectiously smiling Agung at the front desk. Then had a refreshing welcome drink. I had a lovely room overlooking rice paddies. The bath products were so luscious (rose coconut bath foam to be enjoyed in my oversize tub. Service in the restaurant was impeccable and the food was quite tasty. Lots of food and choices for a free breakfast! You can eat healthily, american, or try Indonesian breakfast. Big variety to select from. The rooms are extremely clean. All staff members on the property make you feel special by greeting you each time they see you. Oh, the bed was so very comfortable after long hot days of shopping. The Dala spa isn't the cheapest spa in Bali but it's worth it to try one of their 2.5 hour treatments made with products by hand. It was a delightful splurge on me. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay Alaya Ubud.
