I went there with my wife for a 4 day 3 night trip. The service was great, their staff are warm and friendly. The resort is located in central ubud, so it was really convenient to walk around, grab some food on the way, or do some light shopping.
In terms of the facilities, the swimming pool is really great. We had a great time there. We also went for a massage session which is really fantastic. The presentation of the massage was world class and you wouldnt want the one hour to end.
I guess one thing I really like is the flexibility of their service. We requested for an afternoon tea at the pool side and they brought the whole teapot and snacks to suit our request. We also requested a change of location for the romantic dinner, and we ended up having our dessert at the poolside while dipping our feet inside the pool.
Overall it was a great experience. Definitely a place where we would like to visit again in the future.
