We were greeted warmly by the staff and treated generously by the owner Paul. The wonton soup starter was excellent, followed with the Bib and Haricot salad that were both fresh and delicious. We chose the frites, potato pom pom, polenta, ratatouille as sides - ALL delicious! Dipping sauces chosen to accompany the roast chicken were the BBQ sauce, chicken gravy and sambal (best ever). Make sure you save some room for the chocolate mousse dessert - a must! It was an absolute delight to find this type of sophisticated home comfort food here in Ubud.
Gold star to Paul a consummate host - as he even went out of his way to find us some rain ponchos as we got caught in a sudden downpour when leaving the restaurant.
