This really was a lovely hotel to stay in. It is brand new so things like the yoga hut were still being made. But the location is beautiful we slept with our room open and could hear the river all night, it was that peaceful. I can see there will be issues, the place wasn't busy at all but at breakfast there weren't enough tables to accommodate the clients, also the pool is lovely but very small so can't imagine what it would be like when busy.
The location is great, away from crazy ubud traffic, and amongst the rice paddies. Go for a walk along the ridge at sunset, it's great.
