Checked in for one night in weekend was terrible experience. Came to the hotel around 4pm and room given was not ready.
Towels were not provided, other ammenities in the room was lacking.
Called the operator to request for some ammenities and they mentioned everything based on request? Which I never expecting this answer when staying in a Hilton brand. And it is a standard ammenities that I request like no toothbrush, slipper, laundry bags when I checked in to the room.
Is this a Hilton standard?
