“Good price, great location and wifi”

Easy to get to pasar baru and braga area by foot. The famous kartika sari is just 70 metres away. Same goes for the train station. Easy access to cabs. Hotel charged us only idr70k for a minivan (fits 7 pax) to the airport. (We paid idr90k for two cabs from the bandara to hotel guntur)

Friendly advice...get the deluxe rooms just above the lobby where the rooms are bigger and you won't have mosquito problems. Also..you'd get better access to wifi from here.

On the rooms... it wd be time for the hotel to change their towels. Toiletries could be better. Toilet could be cleaner. Hair dryer and iron were not available. You have access to laundry services, though. But it is a small hotel with enough privacy as compared to something big with so many people around that you have to wait around before being able to get a seat on the couch at the lobby.

While some reviewed that breakfast was not good, I find that if you are asian, you are likely to like it or even enjoy it on some days. Not extensive but rather a simple spread to start your day. Personally..i enjoyed the cooking and even ordered room service. My only regret was that they do not serve actual fresh juices. Otherwise..the food court at the nearby kartika sari serves great juices and coffee. The gado2 there was good too. We feel like kicking ourselves for not having tried the nasi goreng pete (petai) there. On your final day, just before you leave for the airport, you'd be able to purchase freshly baked or steamed kartika sari brownies since the outlet is sooo near. Overall...i'd recommend this hotel as a place to rest after a full day of sightseeing and/or shopping.

This was a noisy hotel with basic rooms which are tired and need a refurb!
We were put in a room which was dusty and old. They moved us (and I never usually ask).
The next room was much quieter and bigger, but still needed a good clean.
I must say, the staff were REALLY REALLY amazing.
I think you can stay at better places for the same cost. Do your research.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room ... GOOD LUCK!

This hotel is a good base to explore mountains around Bandung. It is so close to the train station. Garden is nice. The room is ok, but some rooms has very small and dirty toilets. Plus, the hotel dosnt have hot water in the evening when the hotel is fully booked! Choose the room at the back of the garden (111 for example) for a bigger toilet. We stayed at the room 117 and it has very small toilet.

Great location 5 min walk from train station and city centre. Stayed for one night (On a weekend cost per room goes up by 50,000) we paid 380,000 for our standard A room, was a great room everything you need is provided, the service was good although there was only one lady on reception that spoke good English, she was great help. Service In general was good not amazing. The food here was amazing although expensive we had room service, we both had 1 starter 1 main, no drinks in total came to 120,000 which we thought was reasonable, but we got lunch the next day in the restaurant both had 1 main 1 drink and bill came to 115,000 which we thought was a bit high as we both had sandwiches and soft drinks, we found out after there is a 21% service charge on all food and drink, which is a bit high. In total we spent a little over 600,000 here for one night. So as the hotel was nice we decided to book the bus with them to go to pangandaren, (there own private mini bus) for 125,000 pp Don't do this!!!! Our van was 2 hours late!! Which meant sitting in the lobby waiting for an hour 1/2 before someone decided to tell us it was late, when I asked the bell boy he said about 10-15 mins I asked him every half an hour, eventually our van turned up, then the driver who spoke no English decided to run personal Erin's for just over the hour!! Which meant we were really late!! All in all nice hotel a bit pricey but would stay again just don't book the bus!! Also they don't have proper Internet so don't book online as they won't know you are coming.

Fine hotel in Bandung close to the train station. Nice, english speaking staff. We stayed for two nights but we needed to change rooms in between (we agreed in advance) and the came to carry our bags to the other room.
Simple but good breakfast, including fresh fruit.
Rooms are standard, but spacious and clean. First night we spent in standard a and second in standard b. We didn't see the difference accept 70.000 rupiah extra. So just go for the standard A.

We were passing through Bandung (wouldn't recommend the city unless you need to go) and spent two nights at the Guntur Hotel. It was a slick, modern place verynear the train station. The staff were helpful and the breakfasts good. It was also good value for a standard room.
