Upon arrived at the hotel front desk, they greet with name and check in process was so fast, inquries noted on reservation was explain clearly and cleanliness of the room was perfect! Room size is great and breakfast at the restaurant was fabulous service! Swimming pool PH was good and the only thing missing is there is no towel service or provided. Gymnasium is good eventho some of the equipment is not working. Hotel parking space is quite enough
Overall this hotel is recommended for holiday, business or just escape!

well i suggest to only stay in the executive club tower. its all execellent.

the lounge has a very good bar man too, helping you to whip ur drink or stir your martini. truly hotel with style. pool is amazing, just wish they installed something to make sure the pool is bit warm not freezing cold. food in general is just alright

Stayed 5 nights.
Check in fast but Seriously the front staff were not like other sheraton hotels. It look too junior from the way they talk and body language as well as their attitude were not proffesional. And we feel too many staff in front, even we were serving by 2 staff.We were mix couple and they just say hi to my partner but not me. Once i gave my credit card to open as guarantee, then they suddenly pay attention to Me. It was really uncomfortable attitude.
This is happened not only in check in but everyday also same. By the way surprisingly the housekeeping staffs during our staff have more more more good attitude and behaviour compare to
Front staff. They were more sincere and really accomodating. Tragic!

Spent alot in the past in sheraton, and was lovely stay, it always make me feel at home thats why we want to stay again there. The homey feel still there, love the room, comfy bed as well. Bathroom nice but seemed need abit renovation.

In weekend kids screaming in pool will
Definitely wake you up so if you want peaceful room, ask far from the pool.

Overall nice place, but really they need to
Focus to educate fromt staff to treat and greet people same way and sincere. Will we come back? Not sure the attitude of fromt staff really not make me feel uncomfortable.

First of all i want to share about the nice'st things in this hotel...i like the garden...you can walk in the morning and inhale a fresh air while enjoying the garden. They also have a spacious room which i really like coz my children can run away inside the room.
But unfortunately ...they only have a bathtub at 3 level up of the standart room,which is i should booked because my children want a bathroom with a bathtub.
The room lackness is the bed actually..i had a backache after woke up in the morning...because the bed is too soft.
I also dissapointing at the food they deserved,i ordered hainan chicken rice,rib soup and fetucini carbonara at night but the only nice food only fetucini that my children ordered.
For 5 star hotel the food really dissapointing...and also at breakfast they served many choices of food but only few that i can eat because maybe my taste not really in to it..
The swimming pool also had a green colour maybe after raining at night,but they didnt do cleaning in the morning.

Me and my girl friend was enjoyed stay in this hotel. We feel the bed was so confy and just like "Westin heavenly bed". We are like the ambience, the room, the pool (even we just relax at the lazy chair), the breakfast and many thing. We juat wondering one thing is why we only have 1pair slipper and 1bath towel even actually we can call the operator to send another one but in the system you can know how many pax occupancy for my room before we check-in. Or perheps that is your hotel standard? But thas is not major issue just for the feedback. We think we should back again
