This is my first visit to solo. Have no idea what to do here, then I open the tripadvisor and some other blog about solo, they refer me to go to this museum. I visit the meseum as a walk in tourist, but they said I can't enter now coZ no guide available..
FINE!! They ask me to wait after 1 o clock, really???
(It means I have to wait for 2 hours)
Understandable because is lunch time. But the reception is kind of rude and keep telling us there is a procedure to follow if we want to visit the meseum, BUT "NOT" telling us what is the procedure!!!!!!! They was like chasing us out, and lead to the way out. Not helpful at all
The didn't even ask tell us how and where to get the ticket, not even say sorry. Is really well build and decorated batik store with very low service. It doesn't make any sense where high class batik store have poor mannered staff!!!
It's solo! It's java where proudly knows for theirs hospitality and service. But it really doesn't reflect here at danar hadi store solo!
I'm an Indonesian and a shame with their Attitude. If the can treat local (Indonesian) this ways. It's means for tourist who visit here will experience worst!!
And further more, we have email the complaint of the even to danar jadi GM and marketing division.
But both email is not working (email bounce back as mail delivery failure).
This is bad!!
What kind of museum?! No mood anymore to come in. Good place, smart idea, but poor on service, not helpful at all, and give us the black straight face, come on, u guys are Indonesian, Javanese, where is ur manner?? Disappointed! Super disappointed
