Spent five days at five days at factories developing product but the highlight of everyday was returning to the hotel. It is a complete oasis, great gym, pool is delightful, many restaurants and nice evening entertainment in the lounge.
The staff is there to help with anything you need. Front desk check in was fast and friendly. Every staff member at restaurants were great.
Hotel is located in the middle of the city so it's convenient to everything in the city. The room was big and comfy. Great bed with down pillows. Big shower with fluffy towels. Also, the best shaving cream I've ever used.

Room Tip: I was on a top floor and from what I could see, there is not a bad location.

We booked a luxury room what includes a giant bathroom with seperate shower and bathtub, double sink. The restaurant serves a great buffet style breakfast and dinner. The Itialian restaurant has a excellent choice of foodcourt and wine.

The rooms are a bit old, but the hotel is always nice.the lobby is fine. The garden is huge, hardly found any hotels nowadays with the big garden. The rooms need some maintenance, especially for the bed sheet. The toilet amenities also needs improve

Good hotel to stay, very well located, good service and comfortable rooms. Plenty of restaurants, with great quality.
But the lobby, which I use the most to meet people or just have a coffee with my family, became so noisy. The piano player with the saxofonist play that loud, that it became impossible to have a normal conversation. I think it is time to do something about this.

Room is not new, bathroom is not good condition.
Breakfast is same daily for 4 days. Quite far from town centre.
Taxi rates vary daily from town to hotel. Staff is ok very polite and nice.
No place for foods around this hotel.

I stayed at Shagrilla Hotel whenever I visit to Surabaya, mainly for business purpose. The rooms are great, the facilities are top class, the food and restaurant are excellent (I love their US Angus Sirloin). I have tried their fitness facilities and it was very good. They have their instructor ready to help you. Very recommended hotel. Oh, the most important thing for me is its location close to toll road which is easier and faster to reach to the airport> I never miss my morning flight.

Stayed 3 nights at this very nice hotel. Especially the service in the club lounge was both efficient and friendly. Concierge was helpful with business contacts and took me around.
The night club "Desperado" on first floor had first class live music.
