I definitely would not recommend a stay in this hotel. Despite receiving a confirmation e mail regarding our booking we were told that the room we had booked was unavailable and had no choice but to sleep in an economy room which had no access to shower or sink. The following day they gave our room to other tourists and we were forced to find alternative accommodation else. Dishonest people running this hotel.

Forget this hotel if you are looking for a good night's sleep. Stayed at this hotel during this Eid Al Fitr holiday and it was a nightmare. The room was very noisy. You could hear people walking, children running and screaming, car alarm noise, up until 2AM, you could hear the other guests flush their toilet from the next room or the one above your room. The toilet was smelly and dirty with sands and spider webs and no warm water. The water was out in the morning, no aircond, lots and lots of mosquitos. Don't waste your time and money on this place. Dear Pandu, my room number was 109 stayed one night on Aug 09.

The things that I like most are the location that is very near to the Danau Toba which have a very beautiful lake and mountain views, the rate was cheap and the room was neat but no Aircond, no fan, toilet smelly in the morning. Breakfast small portion only. To go to Parapat town, you have to walk out in 5-10mins from the hotel, only a few restaurants that serve only halal food in town.

Staff did there very best, it is really a motel for van drivers.

Managed to get a boiled egg for breakfast and acup of tea

The hotel was up a dreary road by the lake however but awful position, maybe we expected too much, which is not the hotels fault

Room Tip: Just use as an emergency

The boat from Parapat drops right in front of the Hotel's Jetty. The room is large and clean overlooking the lake view. I have paid only RM55 (( about 17USD). It is peaceful and nice place to spend your time. You can rent a motor bike for 60000 Rupiah ( ( about 6.5 USD) .per day to see the whole Island. The villagers are really nice and friendly

Our cab driver recommended this place for one night on ( April 30th 2012) before we head to Silangit airport. The room was clean with hot shower. Great view and we love the Chinese restaurant Sinar Pagi, right opposite the hotel. However, our stay turned to a nightmare when locals play guitar, laugh, talk, screams and call names loudly from 7pm to 2am. 11 pm people was karaokeing. Less than 20 meter from our room, some barbaric local placed a speaker outside their room. It was so tough for us. Not only we have to wake up at 6.30am to catch flight but we also have unhappy 23 months because of those loud sounds. At 10pm, I went to front desk to complain in Bahasa and it was quite for 10 mins. Guests back with even louder noises. At 12 am my husband couldn't take it anymore. He went outside and started scream and also went to front desk. The noises reduce a lil but it wasn't quite enough to sleep till 2am. 5am, people at higher floor was talking so loud and walk around with heels. We might came at wrong time but please stay away from this hotel. 325k rupi for deluxe room and we can't rest. Staffs doesn't speak simple English. It was great I were able to speak simple Bahasa. As as a traveler I would say this is the worst hotel and not worth even 50 rupi. Stay away.

Room Tip: Just don't stay.

Stay at the hotel on Sep 16, 2011 for one night. Very good location (i.e. near jetty for boat going to Samosir Island (Lake Toba) and the room very good . Excellent place to stay and enjoy Lake Toba .
