Come and learn more of the various deities in Chinese / Confusius belief. There's also an annex building with Buddha statues. On certain occasions, one might catch the majestic paper structure of mansions, cars, ships, etc. that are prepared as offerings to the deceased.

Many, many impressive and beautiful candle and incense filled Taoist and Buddhist shrines for deceased relatives. Said to be the largest in Medan.

I have been here for a number of times. It is the biggest Buddhist temples in term of the number of god statues. Each altar is marked with number and one will pray from one altar to another in chronological order. Praying paper and candles are free of charge. It is situated in a very serene location and its front faces a river

A bit out of the city center but worth a visit. Beautiful dragon ornaments and option to purchase your invents and candles make this a perfect representation of the Chinese community in Medan.
