My husband and I decided to enjoy our anniversary weekend in Kfar Blum and chuckled at the self-named "Pastoral". But it was indeed Pastoral. The suite we stayed in was well equipped, with a large bath for two, a private balcony, free wi-fi and lots of space. The grounds were immaculate. Although we were told the hotel was booked, there was a serenity seldom felt in Israel. The only complaint was the crowded dining room, which left no room for privacy, but what the hell, we had plenty of "us-time" when we were not eating. We would return happily.
