Nazareth is the place where Jesus Christ grew up and the Church of St Joseph is said to be located at the very spot where Joseph had his carpentry shop.A place for prayer and meditation,it is an integral part of Holyland!!

This church is adjacent to Marys church. Nice place with calm ambiance. It has a historical importance. Paid parking is available.

What can be said about Joseph. I feel he is the most under appreciated saint. To love someone else's child takes a man with a good heart. Here you can see his work site where he taught Jesus to fabricate stone and not wood as many believe.

Joseph’s Church is much smaller than Mary’s. Similarly there is a archeological site below the church of a ritualistic bath for purification. Just 2 minutes walk from Mary’s annunciation church. Paid parking in close by locations.

This church is connected to the church of the annunciation and supposedly is at the site where Joseph had his carpentry shop. If true it was in a cave in the hills here.
