I stayed in this hotel with the group in December 2013. I haven't seen this kind of unclean area in my life, the floor was cleaned once in four days after we moved in and asked for it. Unclean and ruffled bedding and towels, changed after complaint on the next day, so we actually have to use it. Insects bit us all the trip long. The food was fine.

Hotel needs a bit of renovation, like re-painting. Other than that rooms are nice, spatious and well cleaned. They could improve on wireless internet.
Staff is friendly and helpfull.
It islocated rigth next to the sea, so the view is beautifull.

If you are merely looking for an inexpensive hotel with a nice swimming pool located close to the beach, but with minimally acceptable accommodations; then this place is adequate. Otherwise, you will be probably be disappointed.

We stayed for 5 nights in room 612 in June 2013, at an internet rate of $90 US per night. The location is good if you like staying in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach, and within long walking distance (15-20 minutes) from the restaurants and shops of Netanya's bustling main square. The large swimming pool was the best part of our stay.

The room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. The buffet breakfast (included in the rate) had a decent selection, but nothing special.

The negatives: hotel seem stuck in a time warp from the 70s, concrete cracking; really needs refurbishment; rooms still use metal keys. Staff: a mixed bag, some were nice, others seemed indifferent. The room: furniture aged, needs replacement; lots of dirt between floor tiles, and in the folds of the chair; cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

We were really bothered by the total lack of security: room doors have no peephole, no chain, no deadbolt. Could someone have easily barged in on us??? Then, the room safe didn't work; this was quickly repaired; however when we were about to check out, the safe went dead again, and we couldn't open to empty it. Fortunately, we were not in a rush to leave; a repairman came soon and easily opened it; scary.

Room Tip: Ask for room facing the Mediterranean for a beautiful view.

I stayed in the hotel for five days and i think not once did they change the bedding. Buffet in the morning wasn't so rich on food choices, but everything was fresh and tasty. Personnel is very nice and helpful and the sea view was simply divine. The room is spacious enough, the furnture is new. Btw, when it got cold outside the maid even turned on the heating in the room while I was away. I thought that was very nice:) I don't think they have a lot of animation/things to do in the hotel(if any), but i had excursions planned for every day, so it didn't really matter. Also, Netanya is a nice city with a lot to see, so staying in a hotel is kind of a crime:)
Overall it's a great hotel for such a price.

The hotel has good location and excellent view from the balcony. The beach is near the hotel, about 100 meters.
Breakfast was also good.
Hotel is not perfect, just good. But I can recommend it for tourists who spend their time to sightseeing.
