This is a very friendly and clean hotel across the street from the beach. I think I liked it better than my husband. Our room was a little crowded with furniture but the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They have a few street parking spaces in front of the hotel and it was difficult to find. The hotel is centrally located to the beach promenade and the central plaza of Netanya. I really enjoyed it.

This is a traditional Hebrew hotel in the old style with good food and comfortably furnished rooms. Its very popular locally for Shabbat. If you are such a big shot that the food doesn't suit you try Miriam's Grill next door, its terrific. Don't worry if your Hebrew isn't so hot because the hotel manager and thedesk clerk both speak enough of multiple languages.

Room Tip: The rooms are all good. Unfortunately there are no ocean views because other hotels block out the oc...

Daniella and Polly,
I would like to send you these few words in order to thank you and your all staff for the wonderful “Shabbat Chatan” that you organized for us on the 8th of February 2014.
The whole event was successful:
• The rooms were clean, comfortable and very well divided in function to our guest’s needs.
• The meals were excellent (Friday evening as well as Shabbat afternoon).
• The waiters in the dining room were kind, large and smiley.
• Richard-the reception responsible -in spite of his “Motsei Shabbat” pressure- gave us a professional service with patience and respect.

For all these reasons, our families, friends, my wife and I-want to thank you warmly and hope being again one of your guests.

Sincerely,
Amit and Esther Ezra

My family and I stayed at the Margoa Hotel Netanya for the past 4 years and keep going back there. We got to know the owner, and most importantly the staff in particular Daniela and Richard. Both have demonstrated excellent friendly and professional customer service. They promptly answer their emails for a confirmation and for looking after us. The rooms are clean and of good value. When you walk through the lobby you can feel a friendly and family atmosphere and can see people enjoying and living life. Their Chabbat dinner and lunch are delicious and aromas uplifting. The staff listens and make you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel. Great location too. ..Rachel, Woodhaven NY

Room Tip: Ask for ocean view.

Family stayed here many times over past twenty years, and we would still come again. We found the staff extremely helpful going above and beyond to help you both be more comfortable in the hotel and to help you get about outside the hotel with sound advice and make enquiries on your behalf if they can't help you with their immediate knowledge. We were put in a double room that was clean but for me not enough daylight from one window and the shower area quite small, the hotel was full first night but they moved us in the morning to a fantastic spacious light room with large balcony. Israeli breakfast is quite different to British style can find something to eat or make a sandwich, staff also went out straight away when we requested decaffinated coffee and bought some. Staff even found us soups in the evening when we didn't want full meals in dining hours. Good position opposite sea front by lift down onto beach quite handy, walk moments and in Netanyas main square, ten minute walk to main bus station, nearby market area, to get about to other areas. Canyon large modern shopping area minutes beyond bus station area, local independant shops from square to station area. Plenty choice restaurants or falafell bars en route.

Room Tip: request balcony, light spacious rooms

I stayed two week ends (Friday to Sunday) in this hotel. I booked the Friday evening dinner and Saturday lunch. The food was extraordinary and the price very reasonable. In this hotel, you feel "at home". The room was nice and the location excellent, very close to the beach and the "Netanya elevator".
