I recently stayed at Pina Barosh with my family for a night, and we wished we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the family suite, which has two rooms, each with a king size bed. The shower is a bit on the funky side and we were unable to shut off the heat. But the beautiful atmosphere, and the extremely friendly and helpful staff more than made up for these inconveniences. The breakfast (which is included) is amazing, and our dinner was the best we had in Israel. So even if you don't stay overnight at Pina Barosh, definitely go for a meal if you're visiting Rosh Pina.
