Visited this hotel for two nights during a birthright trip. I cant really complain because I did not pay to stay here, however if I were paying I would have chosen one of the other hotels in Tiberius. Although everything was fine, there was nothing more than average about this place. Wifi was only available in the lobby, with few places to sit. Played very loud music both nights in the lobby, which made working on the computer difficult and left very few other options if wifi was necessary.

Room Tip: I imagine rooms above the DJ lobby area would be loud at night!

I staffed a Birthright trip and we stayed 3 nights at the C hotel. It is an older hotel, the rooms definitely could use some love. My air conditioning didn't work the first night but they were more than happy to come reset the circuit breaker for me. The food was best of the 2 hotels we stayed in. My room had a nice view of the sea but overall there wasn't much space to meet and sit in the lobby area. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is normal average three star hotel.
Nice, clean, cozy with personel adequate for this region. Food service was good and food was delicious.
If you want to sleep somewhere in nice place near the Galilee sea to have a trips there, it is the good place for you.

The public areas are Ok, but the lobby is quite old fashion... The food is good
BUT, if you look for a pleasant stay in a nice room - this is not what you are going to get. There were 2 beds instead of double bed and they were very bad! they moved a lot
They renewed the floor but to an ugly one and it was very dusty. The furniture's were so old, like from the 80's, and slightly broken. The bathroom was also in a very bad condition, like it was 40 years old. The weather was quite hot but the air condition was on heat mode only. The hotel stuff said it is because we're at February and they can't change it now.
We have been a big family staying in this hotel together so we took 7 rooms and they were all the same. This is how we also know that we could open some rooms with the same key!!!
The location is also very bad - in a middle of a poor neighborhood although you can see a piece of the sea of Galilee ("Kineret") if you really try... the main view from the window was the neighborhood.

The room floor might have been refurbished with new tiles, but everything else looks bad. The corridor carpet is stained, dirty and smells bad. The bathroom is not clean, black mold and just dirt in the corners that has not been cleaned for a long time. The neighborhood is quite and residential, but to far from the main scene, downtown where all the restaurants are.
So eating dinner is only possible in the hotel, unless you take a taxi back and forth. I will not stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 days with family, and I am pretty much satisfied. The room was nice and comfortable although I felt that when we first entered it, the extra bed felt rather dusty but hey maybe it's just me.. The bathroom was clean enough. One thing that bothers me though, the windows weren't cleaned properly especially in the hallway. The night view from our room was AWESOME!! The food, which was very important to me was DOUBLE AWESOME. Myriads of choice and it enabled me and family to have a taste of what local food is like, but also at the same time they offered familiar international food just in case. They all tasted great, by the way.

The location is pretty nice and here's a tip:
Take a walk downhill toward the back of the hotel during sunset. It was breathtaking :)

Stayed here only one night due to an oversight by my (up to now) booking agent. Everything a bit frayed around the edges. Do not confuse this place with the Boutique hotel of similar name close by which appears to be a higher standard of accommodation.
Food buffet at breakfast was OK and staff were good but facilities and location not to my usual standard.
