The location was good with an easy walk to the Promenade and port. Easy and convenient parking is a big deal around here. The room is bright and nice with a tiny balcony with a nice enough view, even though we didn't get a full water view. The kitchen has absolutely nothing in it, not even a cup, but when you go to the desk, they are really nice and load you up with everything you need. (except sharp knives, so if you are coming from elsewhere in ISR do bring one) The towels are very good, but NO toiletries are provided, so be prepared for that as well.
The guys at the desk are really nice and friendly, and in general this is a very good value.

This was a lovely, clean hotel. For Tiberias, the location and price are unbeatable! The rooms are very spacious, with a kitchenette and refrigerator. The beds were some of the most comfortable of our trip. My one complaint is that they were two twin's pushed together. We could hear other guest pretty loudly through the bathroom vent, but in the main room it wasn't too noticeable. And I sleep with ear plugs, anyway. We were originally given a room on the street side of the hotel, but when we requested switching to the other side, they accommodated us. We are so happy they did! The balcony was tiny, but the view was beautiful. We crammed two chairs onto it both evenings to have our glass of wine. In the morning, we saw a beautiful sunrise over the Sea of Galilee. The hotel was a little challenging to find. We were given a parking spot right outside the entrance. It seems more convenient to walk to than many other hotels that are higher up on the hill. We were just two blocks away from the main road through town. Plenty close for walking to the sea shore and finding a place to eat. Also, the manager told us about a nearby place to have our clothes laundered at a great price. I would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a sea view

We looked for a budget overnight accommodation. Very surprised as our room had a nice view of the 'sea of galilee' and was very clean. The self catering utilities is basic, but mostly what you need. Good value for money in the area. Can recommend it as a budget, but GOOD accommodation. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is clean, but the decor, both in the rooms and the lobby is outdated. The rooms are small. Very good breakfast in the sister hotel next door. Overall, I would only choose it, if budget was a priority, and the price was right.

The location of the hotel is easy to get to and it has free parking. The staff was very helpful as I needed items for the kitchenette and David assisted me right away. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also plenty of room for clothes and items for the kitchenette. The breakfast, at the sister hotel Emily, offered a lot of variety of salads, cheeses, eggs, breads and other dishes. The breakfast was a real treat. We really enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony looking out at the sea and the mountains on the other side. Tiberias is an excellent place to stay for touring in the Galilee region.

Cons- The room had vents in the bathroom and kitchen in which voices from other rooms could be heard.

We rented room in the hotel for 3 nights. We had car and each day we had very intensive trips around Lake Kinneret . Usually we returned in the room with dark. Room was always clean and quite. There is kitchen with refrigerator and small appliances. In our opinion the hotel knew better days and now it is a little outdated. The hotel offered to us good breakfast with eggs, cheese, vegetables, herring (it is very strange Israeli’s tradition), dessert, and very delicious domestic bread and so on. Everything was nice and we have only the best memories about the hotel. We want say special words about customer service in the hotel. We were met by David and he did our stay in the hotel more pleasant. During our stay in Jerusalem my wife caught the cold, we arrived in Tiberias late but David immediately began to help to my wife to cure the illness. He found for us milk, tee, cups, and sugar and we made hot drink. He went with us in the room and adjusted AC and TV for us. He gave us a lot of very useful information about Tiberias and places around this city. David was always near the desk and ready to help. It was very interesting to talk with David. And he was the last person who told us goodbye when we left hotel.
