I spent two days in Tiberius with my wife and grandson. The room was unacceptable for three people. I had the street view which was noisy and unattractive and the staff was unresponsive for requests for a rollaway bed. The food was uneven with one dinner and both breakfasts good. One dinner was less so. Fortunately, I ws there to see the sights and not to spend time in the room

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the Sea of Galilee

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms are a good size. It is an all inclusive, and the variety of food is good and plentiful. The personnel is very nice and helpful, especially one of the girls that work the coffee bar. No free Wi-fi. There is an outside mall within walking distance that is pretty nice.

It was not outstanding but acceptable. We went here last Sept 2013 and right smack on the Feast of Tabernacle so it was full of locals who were spending the holidays. The location was good. When you go out of the hotel, the whole pedestrain strip is just a minute away - full of restaurants and shops and at the far end is the sea of galilee.

Another great thing with this hotel is that drinks are free! Drinks are not usually included in a hotel stay but next to the dining room is place you can get all your drinks for free - water, soda, juice including wine! That is a big plus for me.

We just had a problem with the wifi which is pretty unstable and difficult to log in. My room was ok but some of our colleagues complained that the bathroom floors were not cleaned well and shampoos and towels not replenished. I guess it was a riot time for the staff due to the feast.

Another thing, we understood that it was a big jewish feast and I wanted to experience how they do it however obviously we were foreigners and never realized that they will not use the dining area but a makeshift place called a Sukka. My problem is that some of the passengers will get lost cause we ended our tour early and they will surely look for the dining room cause our dinner was included in the tour.

There were so many people in the lobby. I couldn't talk to anyone sane in the front desk. They were all in the holiday mood so no time to entertain concerns of guests. Well I raised my voice again because no one was in the front desk! Finally someone arrived to show us where to take dinner. It happened again the following night.

Perhaps it was not a holiday service would have been better but then how should we know? The hotel must provide a staff to service their foreign guests.

Nevertheless I would use the hotel again simply due to its location and free drinks plus of course the view from the room - sea of galilee.

Room Tip: must overlook sea of galilee

We stayed at this hotel over a shabbat and everything about it was worth the money. The reception was very helpful on check in and arranged shabbat keys for us over the sABBATH. oNLY THE SHABBAT ELEVATOR WAS A REAL PAIN BAD TIMING AND IN AN UNPLEASANT PALCE IN THE HOTEL.

The reception gave us free entry tickets to the nearby Tiberias Hot springs, quite a treat.

tHE ROOM WAS FINE with comfortable linens and hangers and working fridge. No wifi except for pay and lots of nice towels but no body lotion.

The food was good and plentiful and lots of hours to eat. The air conditioning was too high and we caught colds in the dining room but we couldn't tear ourselves away from the abundance of the food and the variety.

There was a 2 hour guided walking tour Saturday morning with a wonderful guide concentrating around the hotel, the promenade and the archeological spots near by.

All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone who could put up with the low class man in the street who was the majority of the guests.

Room Tip: all rooms have terraces, upper floor good view

We stayed in this hotel for one night in August, We've been upgraded to a room with a very nice view of the Sea of Galilee, the pool and Tiberias. We also got free entrance to Tiberias Hot Springs. The location is good, near the sea and the city center. The food is all Inclusive, was average with large selection, including cakes and drinks. The Pool was very nice. The service was reasonable.

Cons: In the check in there was only one receptionist and the hotel was in a big mess since a big group just chacked out. We asked for double bed but we got 2 combined single beds and there was no available room with double bed. They could only put after we asked one sheet.
In the first day we could only get our lunch in another hotel of the chain close to our hotel. Also there wasn't available food in the pool since the hotel was barely booked that day. The hotel is mostly outdated. We got outdated room that doesn't look like the renovated rooms in the pictures, also it wasn't so clean.

the city around is UGLY, however- there is no need to go out of this hotel at all.
service around was very good with smile. the swimming pool is very small and oily.
I guess, unless you come with a family- you have nothing to do around (although as a Christian you do have sites around)

I was there with my collegues on holiday organised by my workplace, it's a nice big hotel that was totally full of children that time, mainly with israeli, ie. Hebrew and Arabic speaking children who made quite a big mess everywhere, but that was their holiday too, so I tried to understand and so it's especially suggested for families, also because of the many children programs that were organised each evening and all day next to the swimming pool. It can be a good place to relaxation as you can just eat and sleep all time too, it's really an all inclusive hotel, and the lake is very close too.
