“Nice calm beach”
Reviewed 4 July 2014

A place to relax and have activities with friends. No need to worry if you need the rest room or drinks or food. It is also clean and safe. A good place to see the Korean spend their spare time there.

“Nothing special...”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

We stayed at the nearby Novotel Ambassador Hotel and found this beach to be pretty average by world standards and comparing to beaches back home in Durban, South Africa...

“clean, happy place”
Reviewed 1 July 2014 via mobile

went there at night and had a nice walk. Enjoyed the breeze and a good place to hang with friends, for some drink. Nobody's bothering or ushering you to buy stuff and all. Remember to bring some drinks or food if you plan to sit there for a while. street busker performance quite entertaining as well.

“a day escape from the urban”
Reviewed 1 July 2014 via mobile

i like this town a lot, away from urban and crazy shopping, an easy walk path from metro to the beach direct takes 15 mins. we got detour to a wet market, a touch of the local life of what they eat and grocery purchase daily.
The suggested trail is walking from shore line, passing through Westin Hotel, the Mermaid statue, the hanging bridge, the APEC building, then ending at Westin again where we freshened up n enjoyed some bites at their cakery.
Please be aware public toilets, unlike Seoul, mostly are kneel down style, so Westin's lavatory is like a royal treat to us.
In June, the beach has big event like sand castles contest, so we came by a lot of big projects on the beach. Please be reminded this beach shore line is the longest in Busan.
For me, I truly enjoy the walk in sun and mild breeze, seagulls singing over the beach players, waves plattering the rocks as we stroll along. This is a good place in Busan for one to find inner peace and gather energy for roads ahead.

“Nice beach”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

A great spot for photography lovers. I was there in June 2013, it was still quite cold so didnt get into the water. It is a nice place to relax yourself while enjoying the breeze and view around it. There are nice restaurants around the beach too.
