Busan Night Tour Including a Cruise
Ranked #12 of 232 things to do in Busan

Reviewed 17 October 2013

I just had 9 days in Busan staying in Haeundae Beach attending the Busan International Film Festival. It was 9 days of delight. With limited to no Korean I was able to get around this part of the city and do and see everything I wanted. I had nick named this 'the city of solutions' because every time I had a problem someone from this city had a solution, nothing was ever a problem.
faulty metro ticket (gates wouldn't open) - no worries issued with a new one, with no drama
damaged bag in transit - money to fix it again no dramas. and on it went. Not that I had a heap of problems. Good cheap transport, good cheap food, good cheap accomodation and the whole reason I came good cheap and plenty of films.
The festival is comprehensive, well organised and lots of Q&A's & 'meet & greets', great parties, beautiful cinemas and great line up of films.
I love this town!!!!!

Great area for shopping, eating and walking. As you will do all these you can also see the handprints of famous artists (actors etc). The heart of the city center.

At the vicinity of the famous Jalgachi seafood market, a popular food and shopping areas. One could easily get lost walking through the mazes of street markets selling varieties of food and clothing and the swarm of people during weekends. Quite a challenge to get good discount which ultimately depends on one's bargaining skill. Have fun!

This location is at the heart of the city center - Jagalchi market and Nampo-dong. The place was busy enough but virtually jump to life in the evening hours when the lights came on. This is really a night market crowded with shoppers and street vendors offering apparel, street food, watches, spectacles, electronics, DVDs etc. There are plenty of inexpensive restaurants in this food alley. Interesting if you like crowds, people watching, variety, noise, street music, lights, shopping and the aroma of street food every corner.

street food, cosmetics (almost all Korean brand can be found here), cafes... this place got all that you need. you can spend all afternoon to shop, stroll and experience Korean street foods. You can head to Jagalchi market, which is just a few stroll away, should you decide to have sea food for dinner :)
