Great location with walking distance to many attractions. Easy access to many dining options. The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room. The only complain is that the pool area was very crowded.

I stayed in 9,000 USD suit. The room was renovated and had a great view.
However, facilities are "Very" outdated: gym and parking lot... This hotel is supposed to be a luxurious one but actual facilities are too outdated and unexpectedly poor quality.

Over the years, when visiting Busan for business. First the company always booked me into Novotel, which at that time was Marriot. Next the company switched to Westin Chosun and while both were nice and I have nothing bad to say about either hotels. I was somehow sorry for no longer staying at Marriot and even more sorry to see them change into Novotel.
But then the company started using the Paradise and while in the beginning, I actually hated the change... when they were housing also the business customers in the annex building and the brekkie was actually better on the ground floor than in the executive lounge.
But now that the renevation is ready, I prefer this over the other two, not only because others do not offer rooms with balcony, but also due to the outside spa.
Service has never let me down and they have always understood perfectly, the little words I have said.
The only thing, I would like to see change in the future is the time of the happy hour in the executive lounge.
For we all know that people in Korea work very late and returning from the office at the evening is, at it's worst... taking more than two hours, for only less than 40km... So as a business customer, it is rare to ever be back at the hotel, before 20:00pm .
Hope to visit them again soon. Not a single bad word to say, when I do not need to pay this my self.

I travel to Busan quite often and stay at a variety of properties, but I have to say the Paradise Hotel is one of the nicest. It is not a chain hotel so don't expect everything to be generic. They have many special touches that separates them from standard hotels. The food in the lounge is the best I have experienced. You will not find the usual plates of frozen foods thawed out, but instead tasty dishes; you will like to sample all. I did not use the Sauna this trip, but went gambling at the casino they have on the 2nd floor.

Room tip: The balcony overlooking the beech is wonderful.

My husband and I stayed at the Paradise Haeundae Beach hotel for 4 nights while visiting my parents last week. We had a nice relaxing time there. The ocean view hotel room we stayed in the Main Wing was well kept and pointed (though a bit dated) and provided us with a very comfortable bed. If you opt to stay in the Annex (new wing), the design and decorations are much more modern and updated. We didn't care much for newer styles so decided on the mail wing which provides more convenient location to get to the hotel bars and restaurants. Our stay was particularly elevated by the services provided by the outstanding concierge personnel. I want to particularly mention two gentlemen who helped me booking my KTX (nearly sold out tickets) to ICN and assisting us with transporting many pieces of our luggages (in advance) to Busan train station. Eddy Park, the chief concierge, was professional and sincere in his attitude and services. I was quite impressed with the fact that he was willing to go out of his way to assist us to secure our KTX tickets when we noticed they are nearly sold out. A special shout out also to another concierge who helped me during our stay was Sung Jin Park. Both men really made our stay at Paradise special. Our only feedback would be the choices of cocktails and drinks at Charlie's Bar as well as lack of knowledge When my husband requested for an Old Fashion, he was told that they do not have the ingredients to make it. So he had to settle for a margarita on the rocks, which the bartender did not know how to serve. He was served with a margarita without any ice. He expected that a bar should know how to make such basic drinks if it's considered a 5-start hotel with so many international guests. However, all in all, we do recommend this hotel for its Outdoor Ocean Spa (with natural hot spring water) over looking ocean/islands, beaches. This was the best amenity of this hotel.
