The hotel is a bit old. The furnishing is getting a bit tatty, but the rooms are clean. The rooms are pretty large and decorated in 1980's style. The hotel location is good - only a few blocks from Haeundae Station and the beach.

We were satisfied with the hotel - but I would recommend one of the new "love motels" across the street. There are many choices in this neighborhood (try Sugar Motel, for one) and it is easy to find newer and more fancy rooms for a similar price.

The basic rooms in this hotel are cheap (60,000won/night, I suppose more in high season) are clean, but a little small. There are bigger rooms, but I don't know the price. It's a good choice if you just need a bed for a night or so, and we were happy with it. The first room we had smelt quite badly of cigarette smoke but it was no problem to change to a different room that didn't smell - front desk said they don't have any non-smoking rooms, but they found one that didn't smell easily enough.

The location is a short walk to Haeundae beach, and surrounded by motels, some run-down some not. The view is of other hotels/motels. If driving, it is quite difficult to find because it is not as tall as some other buildings and hard to spot - we did find it after going down a couple of back-streets though.

Be aware though that the first 3 floors of the building (it's only 8 floors) are "room salons". For those unfamiliar with the concept it's a small room with maybe 10 lounge chairs and a table and no space for anything else. Typically groups of business men go there to drink, sing, be noisy and harass the waitresses - harassing the waitresses is the main point. Sometimes they'll bring their own "waitress". According to the front desk, you can hear it on level 6, we were on level 8 and could not hear it. Each level has only one room style (Korean or Western), so you may not be able to get a high floor depending on the bed type you want.

All told, I was pleasantly surprised with what we got for a measly 60,000 won.

The Hotel is located just off of the main Road leading to Haeundae beach, there are many "love" motels located near by and lots of hagglers will approach you encouraging you to go to their establishments but this Hotel is worth going to, as it is cheap at $60 a night for a twin. It is a modest hotel that is clean and safe. The facilities inside the room are in good order and it has everything you need. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too big to sleep on;(
Although it does not have a view of the beach it is only a few minutes walk away.
