We were attracted to this hotel since the hotel website featured a very nice and cosy spa and the room rate is also very reasonable.
When we first arrived, there was no one at the Reception. We peered through the back office and saw a mess and heap of dust on the floor that looked like it was not cleaned for a long time.
After waiting for some time, a man attended to us. It took him some time to find our reservation and he handed the room key to us. On reaching the room level, we walked passed many many empty rooms with doors opened, dust and dirt were every where as if they were vacant for a long time. We finally reached the allocated room.. the door was not locked and when pushed open, we were horrified to find the room in a mess.
We returned to the Reception and demanded for a full refund and the man readily returned the deposit and all the monies paid.
