The hotel is very close to the airport, but is in the middle of nowhere. The only place to go is a near by 7-11 which you have walked on a shoulder of a busy road to get to. It was quite scary having to do so at night as there is no street light and very dark on that stretch of road.

The front desk was courteous and friendly. Check in process was swift and efficient which I appreciate after a long flight. They arranged a taxi for us next morning to train station which came right on time the next morning.

The hotel itself is dated with a lot of wear and tear. The hallways and our room smelled musty with hints of old cigaret mixed with cleaning detergent and cheap room refresher. We had a double bed room. The room is again dated, small, but adequate. The beds were clean and comfortable, but everything else, just ok. The carpet is old and was not very comfortable walking on it with my barefoot. The furnitures showed a lot of age and worn. The TV is old fashioned with limited selections. The bathroom is very small. Although I know it is clean, I still don't like to see the moldy grout lines.

The breakfast had a good spread of Asian food, baked goods and a salad bar. The quality is average, nothing to write home about.

Overall, it was an ok experience and good for an overnight stay due to proximity to the airport, but I don't think I will come back again.

Decent hotel but awful location. It's truly only good for layovers & proximity to airport. The hotel itself is decent: small but tidy room, limited breakfast buffet (mostly Chinese style dishes), polite front desk staff (albeit not very informative).
Pros: Good free wifi in rooms & public spaces, free water dispenser on every floor.
Cons: There is nowhere to walk to from the hotel, except a 7-11 that is an anxiety-inducing dodgy 3-minute walk on the highway. Overall, I have no complaints since I was put up here gratis for one night by my airline.

This is not a leasure/luxury hotel but it is a very convenient transit place to spend the night before flying out of Taoyuan. We took a cab there from the HSR, a bit pricy - about 300TWD if I remember right. A bit toasty during the night but manageable. The room is fairly small, I actually stubbed my toe badly making my way to the bathroom because it had a high threshold and little room to turn.

The breakfast was very busy but had many good Asian choices. It appeared a large group of Japanese tourists were there too and they were lining up right at opening time, very busy. The staff are very friendly and will arrange a 200TWD 5 min cab ride to the airport.

A decent option.

This hotel was less than 10 minutes away from the airport, which was much appreciated after a 13-hr flight. Only stayed here for 1 night. The room was rather small and had a king bed even though we had requested 2 twins. No issues with room cleanliness etc. The breakfast wasn't my favorite but had a decent selection of cereals, buns, dishes, etc. It has less western food than the other 2 hotels I stayed at, but still a satisfying meal nonetheless. We had the chance to stay another night in June, but opted to stay in a hotel in Hsinchu instead.

We got an early flight deal because we had a flight that leaves at before 8am, so we stayed at quite a bargain price just a bit less than 2000 NTD. We were also lucky enough to have been upgraded to an executive room, which was very spacious. The room was relatively clean and tidy, even though we didn't expect too much from a transfer hotel..

You can book taxi service at the front desk to the airport for 200 NTD, but we had a complimentary transfer and a takeout breakfast meal box as part of the early flight deal. It takes about 10 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport.

We would probably stay at this hotel again, because of the budget price and the convenient location.

Room Tip: If you are very sensitive to noise, then ear plugs are recommended, since the hotel is quite close t...

Clean, comfortable, GREAT SHOWER and bathroom, excellent service, no changes in room costs (no extra charges!),
Because the location is so convenient, it makes a stay there easy to use and then get to the airport at any hour. The staff was great!
Restaurant food was not that great -- hot food was cold!

Disappointing last night in Taiwan. We chose this hotel as we wanted to relax the night before our flight. Taiwan doesn't have a train from Taipei to the airport, so we decided to stay nearby from the night before. The room was large but smelt bad and looked dirty, especially the carpet and walls. The breakfast was awful and surrounding area awful. we couldn't even go for a walk in the morning, as the hotel is on a main road, quite dangerous and dirty, with nowhere to go. We won't use this hotel again.
