We promised Pi Na , our friendly tour guide, to write a short story on Tripadvisor because we realy enjoyed the tour. She introduced us to several friends in the village all with their own interesting things to show and to tell.
This varied fom a very old wooden rice factory which they put back in operation for us to an old family commune where four generations live togerther under a big wooden house.
One of the things we really enjoyed was the nursery school for children of poor families. They welcomed us with their songs en we joined them in a litle game. But also the nuns village , a buddhacave, the farmers museum and the lady ghost house gave us interesting stories.
Many stops , cold towels , drinks , snacks to try at the market and at the end a nice Thai lunch in a garden restaurant were part of the tour. For us it was the highlight of our holiday.
