This hotel i found online and it was cheap but the adage you get what you pay for holds true. The place is quite large with five floors and the rooms were large enough. It's not in the most idea situation, about 1km from the bus station but away from the river and the centre of town. On first glance the room was nice decorated and looked clean. On closer inspection the pillowcase had holes in it, the bathroom was moody and smelt and there were stains on some of the furnishings. I only stayed the one night and it served my purpose, the bed was comfy and I got some rest. My room included breakfast and I have to say that the rice porridge with chicken i chose was the highlight of the stay, very delicious. The staff were friendly enough and courteous. Wifi in the room was pretty weak, better in the lobby. Overall it was inexpensive but dated and old and a little grubby in the room.
