This restaurant small and far from center of town, has many personnes eating there and is very busy. Think arrive early is good idea so to get nice table that have river view.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff too.

This restaurant is just five minutes walk away from the Le Meridien hotel, lovely situation on the river front. We had two meals there. The restaurant was busy both times and full of Thai families or groups of friends. The food was plentiful, very tasty and amazingly cheap. Excellent value

We chose this place because it was conveniently located near our hotel, Le Meridien. The view of the river was nice. We ordered a Larb and Seafood Vermicelli off their Specials Menu. While the Larb is good and came with a nice veggie basket (only if you can take really spicy food), the Vermicelli was lacking in flavour.
Please remember to check the bill as they overcharged us. It is all written in Thai and there was an extra 159 THB charge on our bill. Also, the Vermicelli was listed as 99 THB on the Specials Menu. When we ordered, the waitress asked whether we wanted seafood or pork without specifying there was an extra 60 THB charge for the seafood.
Service was okay.

This place was v busy. It seemed I was the only foreigner there on the night. The interior is lovely with a long section over looking the river.

Staff were very polite. Little or no English spoken but menus have English descriptions.

I had fish cakes, crispy pork and pad see ew. All were divine.

Based on TA reviews we were looking forward to a good northern Thai meal.

Many of the advertised drinks and some of the food items on the menu were not available. The mixed/sampler appetizer was poorly presented and much of it tasteless. The fried pork dish had been slapped together. The steamed fish in garlic and herbs tasted of mud and little else.

The service was poor.

The smell of drains was frequently strong and off-putting; could have been the toilets, the river or the sewer outside.

Arrange your transport before hand, there are no waiting tuktuks or traxis.
