Not really much to see or do here, but if you are into Temples and architecture, do it. Plenty of places to eat across the road if you are there around Lunch or Dinner.

Set in serene surroundings with the emerald Buddha as the highlight, we found this Wat interesting. It has a certain peace and calm as you step in. Lovely garden.

Beautiful temples, great infrastructure and you could take some of the best photographs here. It's a must visit place. I think 99% of the tourists in Bangkok come here during their stay. So I would also recommend this temple if you are in Bangkok, but you need to cover your legs while visiting here, so wear full pants or jeans before coming to this temple.

Located within the grounds of the Grand Palace are the temple buildings.
The temple used to house the emerald Buddha, though don' get to excited about this, the statue itself is tiny and sirs well away from. Any prying eyes. No camera are allowed within the temple itself, but you can get some great shots of the outside and of e other temple buildings.
Dress appropriately for your visit, long trousers and something to cover shoulders and be prepared to remove your shoes to go into the Wat itself, it's worth it,
Entry is included in the ticket for the Grand Palace so having paid a small fortune locally make sure you game it all in.
What I wanted to see most in Bangkok was the Grand Palace and temple complex and I was certainly not disappointed.
It's always busy, and even out of season as we were in early March there were still people everywhere I can imagine the place would be chaos in the peak season.
All in all a very relaxing and tranquil way to pass a few hours, but make sure you have plenty of space on your camera memory sticks as there's another photo opportunity around every corner.
