Well the good points. Close to McDonalds and Centrepoint Shopping Centre. Transport at the front door. Thats it sorry. Rooms smelt musty. Old furniture. Noisy from outside traffic. Probably an average hotel for this city. Not very impressed. Took a long time to get hot water to the shower. Unlikely to stay there again

Room Tip: Go to another hotel

This hotel needs some TLC. I walked into our room and the first thing that came to mind was dirty socks. The buffet breakfast needs more choice. Staff were ok. Not a place that i would want to return to. We had one meal here and that was ok but was a long tome coming.
Good location.

Room space is good but not sound proof. Furniture is old but water heater works well. Breakfast is terrible!!! Asked for money changer but staff at front desk told me there isn't one ard and gave very poor rates. There's one around, just ask tuk tuk drivers.

The hotel staffs are friendly & very helpful. The hotel bellboy guide us to a check-in counter where no need to queue when we arrived (The lobby are crowded) We got a connecting rooms very convenient. Surprises many TV programme are same as ASTRO Malaysia, so we doesn't missed any drama episodes. The breakfasts are great with many variety & choices. Hotel location are nearby to morning market, major shopping centre like Lee Garden/Central & surrounded by variety of shopping stalls within walking distance. The only problem is lift a bit small, may need to wait if crowded.

I have just came back from this hotel, the room i have booked was junior suite by agoda.com.
i don't really expect high on this hotel, but it really make me feel sick in staying on this hotel.
the bathroom is dirty and with a lot of black stain around the wall and floor.the carpet is very dirty.
i cannot step it without wearing slipper. My foot was totally black when i step onto the carper without shoes.
the bed sheet had already teared off. it make me feel like this is a room which is no one stay in for long time.
we feel so uncomfortable in staying to this hotel, the shower has no hot water provided.
the towel are yellowish and the room is really smelly.
in the end i check out at the same night and move to other hotel at the late night.

the front desk staffs and bell boy not friendly at all, they even don' know to put a smile on their face.
they insist want to keep our passport and impatient to us when we enquirer to them the reason for keeping passport.

i will never ever consider to stay in this hotel again.
no more next time for me.

This is family business management hotel whereby will keep your passport during your check in time which i feel uncomfortable with it. The food massage in hall is good but those aunties will keep asking for tips :). Location is OK as you easy to get Tu-Tu Car in front of hotel and Kim Yong Market is just right hand of you while you step out from hotel main door. I suggest you buy dry longan (a kind of fruit) and beans from a guy who will sell next wall in front of the hotel main door as i can tell you is he is the only one who sell in original taste and he got a shop in Kim Yong Market too. If you wish to walk to Lee Garden Plaza, u need to walk around 4 minutes from left hand site. BTW, if you feel hungry at supper time, i suggest you try the fried rice from room service and 1 bowl just cause less than RM$15 but can full for 2 persons.

Room Tip: Suggest you strongly to get a room to view side road better than you open your window you can see ne...
